I own a 2019 ZX6R, so the exact same one in the video. The popping is caused by the the Kawasaki quick shifter. My bike has not been tuned yet, and it just has a slip-on. And it pops like a beast when up-shifting! I love it. It’s the best thing about the bike lol. It sounds like a crazy boosted rally car in a video game lol. For some reason it only pops when using the quick shifter. Or gearing down and lightly pressing the gas at a coast will also cause popping. But that quick shifter is the best thing I have ever experienced. It’s just glorious.

Pops because it cuts ignition when shifting.
The exhaust gas recirc system can cause that popping. A block can cure that for any who want to be more stealthy

clutch should have some free play it should be enough to fit the top of your key in the gap before it starts moving the clutch

Yo I got a Translogic QSXI Intellishift for sale if you want it. I’ve literally had it for about 6 months now and I put it on the zx6r and then took it off like 2-3 months later. I only rode for like 400-500 miles with it on the bike, I just took it off because I thought it would be cool to have but for me and doing really only around town riding, and really not ever going fast or racing like I thought I was gonna be doing track days but I haven’t, so I took it off. It’ll fit on any Kawasaki or Yamaha that has e spark plug coils, it’s all plug and play too, no tuning required. I only ask because I noticed you aren’t using your quickshifter and I know the r6 came with one from factory j less it was an upgrade option you didn’t choose. So it’s here if you want it or if you know anyone else that is looking. I’m in Florida by the way but I can ship
Maintenance man. It's ill-advised to ride bikes without proper maintenance. Believe it or not, mechanical things self destruct without it.
Put a Quick shifter on your R6, it will make a better sound when you shift gears, I just advise you😅

unfortunately the ignorant immature kids on motorcycles don't realize they can kill people in cars going that fast... 21 y/o doing 110_+mph in a 35 totaled my 1 ton van ... thank God my kids weren't in the passenger seat... I had a 2008 kawasaki zx6r last year as a beginner, nice beginner bike, I learned so quick I upgraded to the 2006 zx10r i wanted more power & respect period, I felt ready for 1000cc"s, now I move like a big dawg, 600cc's was the best beginner bike for me,
