    Ingredients for Garadu Chaat
    Garadu - Tapioca - गराडू - 500 gms
    Salt - नमक - 1 tsp
    and
    Oil for Frying
    For Garadu Chaat Masala
    Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1 tsp
    Coriander Seeds - धनिया साबुत - 1 tsp
    Fennel Seeds - सौंफ - 1 tsp
    Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 1/2 tsp
    Cinnamon - दालचीनी - 1 inch stick
    Cloves - लौंग - 4
    Black Cardamom - बड़ी इलाइची - 2
    Asafoetida - हींग - 1 pinch
    Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
    Salt - नमक - 1 tsp
    Black Salt - काला नमक - 1 tsp
    Sugar - चीनी - 1 tsp
    Red Chilli Powder - लाल मिर्च - 1.5 tsp
    Ginger Powder - अदरक पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
    Lemon Juice - नींबू का रस - 1/2 lemon
    How to prepare Garadu Chaat?
    1. Apply oil to your hand and peel the black part of 3 garadu.
    2. Slice Garadus into 1/2 inch pieces and put them in the cooker.
    3. Add more than 1 cup of water, 1 tsp of salt, and pressure cook them for a whistle.
    4. Turn off the flame after a whistle and wait for the pressure to clear.
    5. Heat a pan to prepare garadu chaat masala.
    6. Dry roast 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of coriander seeds, and 1 tsp of fennel seeds.
    7. Next, add black pepper, 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 2 black cardamom seeds, and dry roast them for 1/2 minute.
    8. Turn off the flame and add 1-pinch hing.
    9. Once the spices cool down, add them to the mixer grinder.
    10. Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of sugar, 1.5 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of ginger powder to the mixer jar, and grind everything into a fine powder.
    11. Take boiled garadu pieces out and allow them to cool down.
    12. Once cool down, cut garadu into small pieces.
    13. Fry the pieces in medium-high hot oil till golden brown from all sides.
    14. Add 2-3 tbsp of prepared masala, 1/2 lemon extract to the fried garadu and mix well.
    15. Garadu chaat is ready to be served
