Write to Line6 support, describe the problen and then, they should fix it. In my case they did, even after guarantee period, so thanks to Line6 support.

Ese por lo que veo es el G10T por esos inconvenientes si no me equivoco se descontinuó y sacaron en su lugar el G10TII

Lo que podrias hacer es poner el firmware anterior chance y con eso se corrige
