The Gift (Mr Skull head productions)

This was short project on the second year from my animation degree me and a fellow animator and house mate made this on a shoe string budget and had few weeks to come up a piece connected to the title "Emotional ties". It centers around a struggling animator who receives a gift this gift interferes with his work. When he is forced to kill it, but in doing so killing him self in the process.

This was really fun to watch, quite dark but has a silly feeling to it. I watched it without reading the description so the reveal that it was his own heart(I think?) and seeing him die after dissecting it was a good surprise! the animation was unique and entertaining to see.
