It was pumpkin not apricot 😅As far as i remember they cook in with the quicklime and they had different technique.If you are still there, try to eat Harbiye kebab, trust me, it is at least as delicious as Adana kebab, even more delicious 😋Have nice and safe trip !!

The crispy dessert you eat is pumpkin, not apricot. It takas months to prepare that dessert.

Aegean shores are always windy and it gets very cold in winter. but compared to other places -5 Celsius is pretty warm:)

Unfortunately it gets worse every year. Turkey used to have 4 seasons climate. Scientists say now it has a tropical climate, two seasons.

No sweetie, Hatay durum is only available in Hatay city. what you experience is the "commercialized" version of it. (unfortunately)
As a Turkish,Hatay Döner is the best fast food in Turkey.
