Try & aim for at least 120 min cardio a week. Or at least build up to it. Eat in a calorie deficit. That will depend on your body. I recomend something like myfitnesspal to calculate what you are eating. Knowing what to eat is easy, controlling what you eat is hard. Aim for a higher protein diet with enough carbs & fat to balance it out. Carbs can come from vegetables, rice, bread, potatoes, beans etc. Fats can be from meat, avocado, milk, nuts & so on. Aim for around 1g of protein per lbs of body weight & balance the remaining calories around that. Train 3-5 days a week in the gym if possible. If not, you can still do a lot with body weight exercise. There's a lot to it, but that's a rough starting point. Also check out Greg Doucette, he has a lot of info on the subject.

Your form may off. Focus on contracting your abs to get you up and not your neck muscles. Try to relax your neck as much as possible. Be very conscious about it

I've been doing 2000 sit ups every night for the last week and I can see progress, should I continue this or do other excercises? I hate sit ups because it really hurts after words but they work
dont do that its just overworking the muscles and you need a recovery period to stimulate muscle growth. Also situps are not the best core workout although they do work in the volume youre doing them in

I'd say about 30 per. Just work it slowly, adding about five more a week.

Drink water, if you get dizzy it's because of dehydration
Before doing excercise don't eat or drink and when you start excercise first do Jumping jacks for 30s.
Than you won't fell like vomiting and nauseous
