Richard and Julia thank you so much I really enjoyed that. As a civil engineer I know how much this country is indebted to the canal builders. They pioneered geology investigation and as a result we led the world at the time in this field, and our information today still benefits from this early work. I also enjoyed seeing jenny's work. We all need a creative interest like this to help us deal with the stresses and strains of life. Great stuff. Great video.

If you're ever back to visit Lacock you can park in the village of Reybridge and walk along a restored part of the Wilts and Berks canal with a proper towpath along side it all the way to Pewsham near Chippenham. It's a lovely walk and the volunteers have restored a bridge and a lock.
It’s our first time on your channel.’you guys definitely have our kind of vibe! Loved it. We love your sense of humour and banter with the camera and each other! We enjoyed taking this lovely walk along the canal with you. The chilli looked great too! 🍻
There is a nice old canal basin in the Cotswolds that has a very long dark tunnel you could go through if you had wellies and a torch. I have been meaning to go back and film it!
