The training requirements for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP’s)

The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) has developed a new standard for aerial lifts which they refer to the lifts as MEWP’s, Mobile Elevating Work Platforms. You are more familiar with the terms scissors lift, aerial lift, JLG etc. The standard provides qualified trainers the information they will need to train operators, occupants and supervisors for safe operation of your MEWP’s. The webinar provides information on the type of training required, training needs and the risk assessment needed prior to starting on a job site.
