I knew someone that worked at the Runza Ryan went to in this video. I showed them the video and they were very happy to see some familiar faces and see Ryan was happy with the food. Everyone there tries their best to make everyone happy, but there will be mistakes. Our advice is that please be patient and nice to food workers no matter what establishment it is. At the end of the day, they're people that are trying to make a living.

As a Nebraskan, I live like 100ft from a runza and it is the BEST runza in the state. (Or at least in my opinion.) I am so happy that Ryan enjoyed runza so much.
I used to work at a Runza and yes running out of Runzas does happen. They’re homemade AND so is the ranch. Burgers are cooked fresh at least where I worked at❤❤

The main thing is, especially with fast food places, those placescan have 1000s of customers that ordered and got their food and wont write a review, because that´s the expected outcome. The people that are more likely to put a review are of course the people that either had a bad experience, or are difficult customers. We only know one side of the story. Like the person complaining about employees being on their, maybe it was 1 employee and there was actually a valid reason for it. Person that complained about no ice, maybe there was an issue with the machine, it was a bad moment of the day etc. No matter how good a company runs, there will always be a moment were something goes wrong.
Ryan chickening out of the foam bit may be one of the few times i'm so happy a youtuber decided to not do something, this video just had positive vibes all along. ive been having an anxiety episode all day and this helped, even if at least a half hour.

We used to have several fazoli's in the DFW area, and at least the one I used to go to in Bedford and I think there was one on rufe Snow in North Richland hills or watauga, both of them had drive-thrus. Both locations are long gone now. And I'm so sad.

Oh my word… I instantly recognized that Fazoli’s and I knew EXACTLY why it was on this list. I have door dashed from that Fazoli’s several times and it’s always an insane wait time, the drive thru is always slow or closed, and the staff is rude, too. To be fair, it’s always been around dinnertime so that may be a factor but it did not surprise me when that building popped up and I knew it instantly 😂 what a world

We used to have several fazoli's in the DFW area, and at least the one I used to go to in Bedford and I think there was one on rufe Snow in North Richland hills or watauga, both of them had drive-thrus. Both locations are long gone now. And I'm so sad.

i know people will treat your anxiety as if it's something to easily get over it but a lot of us, especially who have bad anxiety, know it's not. but keep on trying to get out there. use ryan's vids as your motivation if you need to. one day, you'll get there.

Oh my word… I instantly recognized that Fazoli’s and I knew EXACTLY why it was on this list. I have door dashed from that Fazoli’s several times and it’s always an insane wait time, the drive thru is always slow or closed, and the staff is rude, too. To be fair, it’s always been around dinnertime so that may be a factor but it did not surprise me when that building popped up and I knew it instantly 😂 what a world

6:13 sometimes go there when im visiting and they always put ice in the orange juice, its always the ice that melts fast though so your orange juice is watery. They forget to pt the ice in everything else though.
