Really enjoyed watching this video. Drive a D3 myself and I love it! I did cringe a bit at how quick he went through that rocky part with the D3 on those tyres, I'm surprised he didn't blow a tyre then.

Yes I believe that as tough as a D2 is over a D3 or D4 (coils, solid axles etc) with good tires a D3 and D4 are literally able to do all the same stuff easier. I own a D2 modified so thanks a lot for me to say that. The d3and up literally just have the most amazing traction control being so aggressive.
Gosh I would love to get you guys out on the Trails we have in the Southwest desert of America! Very dry but very dangerous steep Rocky and ridiculous. Everyone and their brother owns a fully locked Jeep Rubicon but I'm slowly building up my Disco and keeping it despite what's popular here. I don't post very many good videos I just don't have a good camera but the one on my profile pic would really freak you guys out in person I couldn't even do the whole thing solo it's too dangerous. It's called Charleaou gap AZ 4x4 trail or look up Chiva Falls AZ 4x4. I would love to go on the wet Trails you guys have and bring you guys over here. It's the kind of stuff where people who haven't been on these type thank you don't need lockers. The newer Rovers can do it okay if you put some decent tires because the more aggressive TC. I'm looking at getting a rear Locker this year and upgrading to a 2004 slabs I hear the traction control program is slightly more aggressive then the pre-facelift slabs
