I run a cooks mill in Louisiana and cut mostly cypress and pine. Would love to come across maple like that. Awesome video 👍

Yes the gopro can't pick up as much sound. I noticed that while editing. Looking at mic options now
@@TCSawmills good idea Thomas. Mark Galicic at ‘Bus motor productions’ has an excellent roving mic, as does Nathan at ‘Out of the Woods’. Maybe they would be prepared to give some pointers as to best value equipment. 👍
