Let me add some fact here :
A. MILAN ATGM = Slowest currently in game it's not very impressive by itself (Used in Ratel 20 and Marder A1)
B. TOW Missiles
This thing has Many Variant
1).TOW : Used by M113A1 (TOW) and Bradley, It has more Velocity than MILAN. Fun fact about Bradley, It has ATGM pod that can fire 2 ATGM but it'll close if you move too fast
2).I-TOW : Basically TOW but better Pen and Velocity. Used by Pvrbv 551, CM25 and M113A1 (TOW).
3).TOW-2 : Used by Pvrbv 551, it has a very high speed and 800mm of Pen!
4).TOW-2B : Used by CM25. This thing is a top attack missiles. Which means it doesn't penetrate thing in front of it like any other ATGM, But it explode and cause damage to surrounding area
C. HOT missiles : Used by RaketenJagdPanzer (HOT), This thing has 700mm Pen and Is also pretty fast. But, The thing about RaketenJagdPanzer HOT is, It can only fire anything in front of it, Just like A Casemate (It also has the Hull of JPZ 4-5)
D. 3M7 Drakon Missiles : Used by IT-1, It is unstable and shaky and has 500mm Pen. BUT, This thing can fire on the move, Has turret that can spin 360° and actually really good in Hull down position (It also has T-62 Hull)
Bonus!
Shillelagh Missiles : Used by M60a2, This tank could fire ATGM while moving just like IT-1, Although it doesn't have the same capabilities with IT-1 in Hull down
Another Fact, CM25 and M113A1 (TOW) is blockes by it's own MG
