This video is really well done, nice work Jeremy! My opinion is the $3M condo is better for DINKs or single wealthy people due to the layout. The $5M penthouse is better for families IMO due to the separated living areas, seems to be more privacy. I know it isn't directly comparable but where can you find a 3600 sq ft penthouse for $5M downtown in Dallas, DC, NYC, etc.? The ones on the east coast all seem to max out at 2000 sq ft until you blow through the budget to like $10M+
Na I wouldn’t pay $500k for a Unit in 360 because of the $30k special assessment for the balcony’s deteriorating, that’s the construction sound you hear btw, but I think you already knew that. Would be great if you mentioned that tidbit though
I’m not sure you know how much goes into making a video. It’s fast paced and you have to shoot in multiple locations in one day. Carry equipment, remember talking points, run around, still sell real estate, take calls. So, sometimes things either get cut or not talked about. Good thing there are people in the comments that help remind you of things. Thanks.
Love this series
I’ll bring it back for you!
Great video!❤🔥❤🔥

I like the $3.4mil more than the $5mil. But I love the amenities more.
You'd do better renting instead of buying the 225k. It looks like an old college dormitory. After HOA fees and taxes, I don't see the benefit.
That’s probably why there are 5 for sale in that neighborhood.
