Dear TJ, thank you for the amazing, detailed explanation and multitude of scenarios we may face. I have a question if I may: How much do you charge to remove old, sun cracked wrap for a medium size car? - Thank you

Apologies on the delay. I normally charge by the hour and high-cost materials. I also live and work in a poorer area of NSW so charge $55.00 per hour. Burnt wrappings on the side, front and rear of a ute normally take 18 - 20 hours then. Vans and larger vehicles can take 30 - 40 hours. To be on the safe side I would be upfront and quote 30 hours and tell them it might go under or over. For me I need to get the car out of the shop as fast as possible without sacrificing quality (that way I get paid faster).
      Hopefully that helps

@@Forensicdetailinggarage So grateful for your deep and experience insights. This is the stuff that only years of hard and dedicated work give you. Again, a million thanks.

I wish i found this video 6 months ago haha, i have a little bus that was fully wrapped, through research i eventually found out that steamers were absolutely awesome to get the wrap off.
Now im at the stage of getting the glue off and i have tried most of the products you have in this video, im now at the acetone stage and was a little hesitant to use it. But it works great.
Thanks for this detailed video! This is awesome

Apologies for the delay. That must have been an amazing steamer. Which did you use. I have the Karcher sc9 it was almost $1000 and lasted two years but recently broke and hard to find parts. I was thinking about getting the Mcculloch MC1385 canister steamer. I love that it can stand up and it's half the price as Karcher. Beside the price the only difference I see is the Mcculloch steam last longer and the Karcher has more pressure. But I am not sure if I needed all the pressure Karcher provided.
