I would like to move my domain from recruitment to upper level of hr. Thinking hr alnalytics could upgrade, but in Kerala no one hiring HR analyst.. what more do I need to do..

you can join for coding courses (which are on demand now) and easily get a job as developer. later can become a full stack developer etc. Furthermore can learn data analytics course (by learning python etc) and get into this domain and later become a data scientist.
