My neighbor swiped off my front bumper cover 99 mustang no damage do I need to remove the headlights to just put on my front bumper cover everything else is on the car I just have to put the plastic piece on and the isolator foam underneath it put the pins for the isolator doesn't come with it they say there's four but I only have two holes.. everything else is on the car that you're taking off I just have to put the foam piece on and the front bumper cover.. I just ordered the hardware kit they said it comes with 16 pieces..thanks for the video I wish I could hire someone to do it
