Yeah totally right that's what I do: waiting for a year or so to see if premium shoes get a discount. The Nanoflex TR Adventure (1st series) I got last year for 50 bucks is awesome indeed, but the outsole isn't that durable, really too much thin. It's the same one on those V2, so beware everyone.
They have slightly changed the upper on the Reebok nanoflex V2 new models. Upper seems a bit lighter and breathable. Not sure if I like it better or not ,as of yet.
Which do you think is the best for the following use case: standing/walking mostly with some occasional jogs (4-5x/week, 1-3 miles/session) with some lifting (squats/deadlifts/compound moves). @@thatfitfriend thanks for reply! I saw your videos..I found there puma fuse 2.0 reviewed very well. Great job. But I do have flat and wide feet. I guess I should keep on looking for training shoes. Do you have any recommendation within same budget. 🤗
Hey i want shoes for lifting, and normal daily wear, Lots of options Adidas rapidmove, Nike air monarch, Nike defy all day, Nike mc trainer 2, Adidas everyset, Adidas strutter shoes. Can you compare them briefly? I have medium sized feet, not narrow, not too wide.
Rapidmove will be comfy and good for a bit of everything Monarch - meh and chunky Defy all day - feels kind of cheap on the feet Mc Trainer 2 - too narrow with chunky heel for daily wear Everyset - pretty dang solid Strutter - haven't tried them! I'd go Rapid or Every, Every will be a bit better for lifting
My friend is in Los Angeles for 2 more days only and i am interested in buying the nike romaleos 4 Can you please tell me from where exactly i can get them
Different types of shoes! One is a cross-training shoe, the other is a weightlifting shoe, it's an apples to oranges comparison. Both work for lifting, but if you want a shoe for versatility, too - grab Mizuno. Won't want to use a weightlifting shoe for stuff outside of lifting.
I already have the free Metcon 5s but planning to get another one for rotation. and I want to get something that’s another all rounder shoe but flatter. should the nanoflex tr 2 be good enough?
Nanoflex is not doing to be flatter - they have a higher drop. If you want something flat and have a medium-width foot, then New Balance Minimus or the UA TriBase models could work!

Great video!!! Just a request for a video like this but with shoes more geared towards flat feet and shoes without a pronounced arch. Thank you!
Thank you - that's a video on my to-do list over the next month!
Anything good to help keep balance while doing weighted walk lunges I don't know what they're actually called
A lot of these models will work for that ask! I'd give the Adidas Dropset, Mizuno TC 01, or Reebok Nanoflex TR a go!
@@thatfitfriend ok. thank you.

Interesting - I wonder if that's why they're selling them so cheap atm!

@@thatfitfriend sorry about that! I wasn’t sure if it would help your other videos get more engagement as well. Thanks for your help!
I wondered why no Nike Free Metcon 5 on this list as you suggest it a lot?
It's not under $100...
What about Puma Fuse 2.0
Can work! They're pretty solid, though, and the 3 is out now - so I didn't include them this year!

I'm running out to get the nano flex 2... 🏃🏼♂️
They're a solid shoe!

Hit you back on IG!
Nike mc trainer, reebok nanoflex 2, or UA reign 5 ?
Reign 5!
Thank you, its forsale here so the reign 5 prices is similar to normal nanoflex and mc trainer
Nike Legend Essential?
Meh. Narrow, weak midsole, and not the best durability
do they sell the project rock bsr 4 in Europe? I can only find project rock versions but not bsr. Is that a different shoe?
I'm not sure if all of the Rock iterations sell internationally every time! They typically do, so it's weird you can't find them.
Which one do you think better to use for weightlifting between Mizuno TS-01 and Adidas Powerlift 5?
Different types of shoes! One is a cross-training shoe, the other is a weightlifting shoe, it's an apples to oranges comparison.
Both work for lifting, but if you want a shoe for versatility, too - grab Mizuno. Won't want to use a weightlifting shoe for stuff outside of lifting.
I’ve been working out in barefoot shoes (Xero Prios) do you prefer one of these or barefoot style shoes?
Depends what I'm doing! I rotate my footwear and use them as tools
I already have the free Metcon 5s but planning to get another one for rotation. and I want to get something that’s another all rounder shoe but flatter. should the nanoflex tr 2 be good enough?

Metcon 7 o nike metcon 9?
