Very nice construction report! May I ask what kind of material the anti-slip covering is made of? I like the method of making the anti-slip texture. thanks
Great build, I myself am going to build the Mk.2D from Academy. Could you please just tell me what kind of Mr. Surfacer is that, if you thin it before aplying and finaly what kind of brush you use? All the best to you and your builds.
That was a great build tutorial! Will be waiting for the painting session as well! 👍🏻 (if i may ask what was the powder you used for antislip surface?)
you should of painted the wheels before attaching side skirts. I do not understand assembling a whole model and painting the small details later. It will be impossible to paint most of the details later on. Those road wheels are probably void of rubber color paint up above the skirts.
@@takapaint1035 I think you did an awesome job and i understand not painting what you cant see but i got into the habit as a kid of painting tire rubber before the side skirts go on. It just seems harder to do so on a fully built model. My mother used to build aircraft models to and do this.
Excellent build.
THANK YOU
Great start!
THANK YOU !
Awesome build. For the anti-slip, did you use the base as Mr Surfacer 500?
Keep up the beautiful work!
Yes I use Mr Surfacer 500.
Thanks for sharing the excellent tips.
In video 4:08, what kind of the powder do you use? Is it baby powder?
The powder sprinkled on is baking soda.

It's only Mr Surfacer 1200 diluted? And bakin soda?
that's right. It's made with surfacer and baking soda.
amazing work
THANK YOU !!

Use Mr. Surfacer diluted with solvent. The brush is a standard Tamiya brush.
@@takapaint1035 Thank you for the reply. So any kind of Mr. Surfacer as long as its diluted?
It's like baking soda glue, so any kind of surfacer doesn't matter.
WOW Great Video!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
Thank you for visiting.

Thank you for your comment. You don't need to paint the parts that you can't see. Even if you paint them, they won't be visible.
