    Please confirm if the existing home buyers are getting any compensation or interest from Kalpataru due to delay of 4 years in possession. Please reply if you are not part of builder lobby.

      The RERA Act and then COVID caused the project to be delayed because of a few issues. however, the developer has already begun to grant possessions.

      @@opulent_propertiess That means the developer has not given any interest or rent to home buyers for the delay in possession, which means RERA can't help the Home buyers if the builder defaults in possession timelines but builder can charge penalty if home buyers default in payment timelines. Thanks I got my answer. Just FYI, the Home buyers can claim for the interest even after taking the possession as per new RERA act.
