I really like your Videos and your Awesome commentary I am 70 and have been Retired for three years and your Videos have inspired me to start Riding an E-Bike every day for the past year being that I have a bad right knee the exercise has made my Knee feel a whole lot better . I usually ride 7 or 8 miles everyday weather permitting and lately I have ridden two longer distance Trails in Iowa the Sauk trail about 43 miles and the High Trestle Trail about 25 miles over and back . I think that I am now hooked on Riding because that’s the only way that I can get into the Wilds on the bike trails ! Keep your Awesome Videos coming and I really appreciate them and look forward for the next new ones I am pretty close to have watched all of your Videos Thanks Mark O. In Iowa .

Mark, that’s awesome. I appreciate the kind words but even more so the fact that you’ve gotten out there AND your knee is better!! That’s the best news of all.
I can’t begin to tell you how much I enjoyed your fine state back in July. Such beautiful countryside.
Hey…keep going, dude. I bet you’ve inspired a lot of others to get out there!

I stayed at the Brunswick Family campground on my C&O trail portion. It's not nearly as busy in October and I got one of the cabins right on the river. It was a nice little treat after camping most of the way down from Pittsburgh.

That’s awesome. I’d really like to try that one time.
Yeah, I stayed there one time when it was 100% occupied. Just crazy. It was still ok but there were so many people (kids) running around.
Last fall, I did an Airbnb because the campground required a two night stay.

Man I can not wait to start riding again this season. Thanks for making these video's, they sure helped me make it through the Winter this year. You have no idea how much I dislike the cold weather and look forward to getting back on the bike each Spring! LOL, I get back out on the trails right about the same time all the turtles start sunning themselves again! I have seen them out on logs when there is still a little ice around!

Glad you like them! I’m the same as you. Three season rider at best. 😄 just got back from 8 days riding down in Florida on the east coast. Spring in the air!

Guessing that had to be on a weekend day; the trail sure was crowded?
