    The only woman I will love and honor, and who will be the mother of my children and my wife, must understand this. Otherwise, I live alone with self-respect and dignity. I will never compromise.

    Manhood can be looked at as the young nobleman that goes on a jouney to win his spurs and dubbed a knight.

    Bro, excellent work here! I am also fan of Fight club and system of values that are criticised in that movie. Conformity is our greatest enemy indeed. I fully support your work.

    Is Masculinity not just another trait that can be gained in the pursuit of Femininity?
    What benefit does Masculinity or Femininity have to the individual that purely reacts as a singular enlightenment to the self?

    • @Aravis217
      @Aravis217 Рік тому +2

      Masculinity is completely different then femininity. So no, i dont believe you can gain masculinity in the pursuit of femininity.
      What benefits do they have for the individual? It helps that person on the journey of knowing thyself. It also helps in acquiring wisdom. There are way too many little boys and girls in adult bodies nowadays. To know a true man or woman is so rare these days, its sad. If you cant figure out the benefits of a real man or woman compared to the multitudes of adults that have child like attributes (mentally emotionally, morally, spiritually, etc) then maybe you should start your journey of enlightenment over again. Because i think you missed a few needed chapters.

      This is either dumb asf, or too deep to comprehend.

    good video mate and let me suggest somthing, text, stops, and most importantly music in background will make major change.

    • @iamKristianBell
      @iamKristianBell  Рік тому +1

      So you suggest more text over the video, and pauses?
      Background music for sure

    • @connectnightcore6041
      @connectnightcore6041 Рік тому

      @@iamKristianBell yes like sudden pauses like when you read book mate you break a page into paragraphs and paragraphs into sentences and sentences into words, which your mind can register quickly and you can read faster while taking pauses, so yes text will engage people on video like they will be busy reading what's popping on the screen and pauses will make suspense which will get there interest, tho you have to use it carefully mrbeast uses 3 seconds and changes clips you can add that too💓

    This a captivating argument, but I tend to disagree with this kind of thinking. For me, the give away is the image history telling, that relies heavily on such estereotipes of physical strength, military brotherhood and other such rigid imagery that i feel are more derogatory than helpful.
    I feel like the values that a rite can pass on to the person that undertakes it can be more universal and less gender based as to allows anyone to undertake it and equally beneficial.

    In my opinion, you’ve focused too much on the initiation, the initiation is typically just a test, what makes a man isn’t passing the test it’s the journey and teachings that gave him the capabilities to pass

      I agree actually. I think part 2 hits on those things closer to my heart. But initiation is a vital piece

    I have ASD and have weak literacy skills. However I am rather gifted in animation. I am interested in working together to touch on the fundamentals of modern masculinity. I am an Anishinaabe First nations Healer. Midewiwin

    Males can start by practicing the philosophy of Civility.

    • @iamKristianBell
      @iamKristianBell  Рік тому +1

      I think civility is a net good, but it's not the foundation of Masculinity

    • @atthecore4560
      @atthecore4560 Рік тому

      @@iamKristianBell If you consider discipline as a foundation of Masculinity, then yes, Civility is a foundation.
      Know thyself. The Male who refrains and controls their impulse is the Male who holds power.
      Proving your own abilities to others isn't a sign of strength. It's the display of weakness within.

    • @iamKristianBell
      @iamKristianBell  Рік тому +5

      @@atthecore4560 civility is a symptom of mature masculinity. Not the cause.
      Challenge, competition, the wilderness, initiations, comradery... These create mature masculinity. Being able to keep your sword sheathed is a result of the confidence and the compassion you learn through challenge.
      So no civility is not the foundation. It's more of a fruit

      @@iamKristianBell @iamKristianBell @iamKristianBell @iamKristianBell @iamKristianBell There is no achievement for the practice of Civility other than having the will to believe in it and follow the tenants without end.
      That is the challenge. It takes control of the wild by conquering it. This brings the creation of competition that leads to the greater insights of initiation to prove the worthy minds they are accepted and tested enough to connect in comradery.
      Civility is the test and the cause, my friend. It's the everbeing of betterment. Not simply a result, but a pursuit.
