I tell you,God speaks to us in many ways. I was at a point in my life where i did not know which way to turn but on the way to work i heard this song and it all came rushing in at once. The love i had been missing,the forgiveness i needed and the touch of someone much greater than me. The next week i got on my knees at church and cried out for Jesus,Cried out for God....and i have never felt better! We are all loved,You just have to open your heart to that love and it WILL come rushing in!
Beautiful! I have loved this song since it's original inception but, every time I hear it, I feel depths of tearful gratitude. If we could remember this when we touch other lives as well ... well, the point is "love". Just Love.
It wasn't that God is glorious that made me fall in love with Him. It was simply the fact that He loves me more than i could ever understand. It was knowing that He didn't have to die for me, but that He was glad to die for me and It was knowing that if I was the only person on Earth, He would still have choosen the cross, just for me.
