Depends on the size of living room , size of carpet, sofas and the coffee table itself. Most use coffee table for putting deco items. For coffee or drinks there are always smaller side tables
@@donnafuller3029 stupid?! You realise you are talking about a very successful business owner and designer who clearly has an implacable taste and style
I’m not usually a fan of contemporary or art deco but her mix of that and vintage along with all the organic and curvy shapes of nature are comfortable, gorgeous and livable. I love her beautiful taste in design and clothing. One of my favorites so far❤️
I like how she placed furniture for how SHE lives and entertains vs what is normally expected. For many Europeans lingering for hours and hours at the dining table is quite normal. So it makes sense that for her, the dining table would be placed in an area where they can take advantage of the gorgeous views while dining.
it is easy to see that she was a visual merchandiser by the way she arranges and curates her décor, Some really beautiful vignettes and special pieces. The kitchen island, backsplash and countertops are stunning!
Idk the idea of setting a dining table for 12 then clearing all the dirty dishes, utensils, glasses and serveware thru the living room and another room before you get to the kitchen just doesn’t make sense. But to each its own. I love the kitchen.
It’s SoCal. Houses here are stucco with cement or TerraCotta tiles on the roofs. She updated the interior, but not even drastically. She decorated for the most part. The bathrooms and kitchen have the biggest makeover. You can tell by the floors and trim work. I am guessing that it was built in the 90’s. It’s probably worth between $2 and $4M.
Finally, a kitchen that isn’t all white! Love how the darker colors make the spaciousness seem cozier.
Style, elegant, and sophistication that's what I love
House lovely but that infinity pool🎉 Spectacular 🌟🌟🌟
Finally, a really unique house beautifully decorated!
"Vintage from the 80's" - gawd. Based on the demographic of people who watch these videos you just made us all feel like antiques - cheers!
Why do people put their coffee table so far away from the couch? One might pull a back muscle trying to reach the drink!😂
Agree lol. I laugh when I see the coffee table in the middle of the room...what the hell? Lol...stupid.

It’s about space and proportion. I do the same thing. Pull it in when I want to rest my feet or have a glass of wine.

Love the stonework in the kitchen!
I love this kitchen. Usually not into dark kitchen but nicely done. The closets, her boudoir...The entire house is beautiful. Bravo!
Beautiful home. I love the color combination that she did in her home.

Love the granite ❤❤❤
I was hoping she was going to elaborate on the blue side chairs in the living room 🤷
Beautiful house those views!
Love this, so rich and well considered. So French but also Californian! Great house, beautiful design. Thank you for sharing your home.
Beautiful! Love the stair railing with art wall and the outdoor with views incredible!
❤❤beautiful home
Love Jen's style! Can't wait to see her Calabasas home.

Beautiful view and kitchen counters. As for “art”?? lol even I could draw two circular shapes🤣🤣🤣
She had framed posters as art.
Absolutely gorgeous home 😍💯
Where was the Art Deco part of this house??
It was there in many of the shapes
Can’t deal with the all white walls….how about some cool Deco wallpapers?
I appreciate her love of vintage items (jewelry, clothing, etc.) but not crazy about this house. I do like the bathroom.
Separated at birth with Emelia Hartford.
That's not Calabasas.
Impeccable taste bravo
Looks like the inside of a military barracks. Absolutely ugly.
why buy a deco house to gut it into a cement box?

@@jamesdellaneve9005 it’s Art Deco 1930-1940’s. She ripped up the original floors and stripped all character.
