    I could not agree enough. As an Sales Enablement leader I have found if you don’t have a strong partner it’s so impossible to rollout any training, process change or product in a coordinated way, otherwise it’s completely piecemeal. The other point I liked was the targets/quotas, nothing demotivates sales like unrealistic and Unachievable quotas.
