People have rights how to manage their communities the way they love the best: be it more white like Frisco, TX. or more black like Memphis, TN. or mixed like many other places. You don't call cities where the majority of the people is one race much higher than that of the minority racist cities. If you do that you are really a much more racist person. The basic question to ask: Do people, black or white, have their rights to choose where they want to live and how to manage their city?
