Nothing beats a good, old "skordalia"! It is a traditional greek dish, made with (a lot of) mashed garlic and potato or bread. Not only does it stink all around the neighborhood, but your breath will knock people out for at least a couple of days after you eat it. A true masterpiece of stinkiness! 👌
Reblochon is pure heaven too but you never hear of it in the US (let alone find a source outside France where it is not required to mortgage your house to buy it)! And yes I go nuts over L'Epoisses and have both it and Reblochon in my Colorado Springs "frigo" as we speak.
I have tried a cheese from Latvia called Latvijas Siers (that translates to Latvian Cheese). Many cheeses are produced in Latvia but this cheese is a washed rind cheese (with that classic red rind) that is made with Brevibacterium linens so unsurprisingly, it stinks really bad, like sweaty feet. Honestly, the smell is awful and if you keep it in the fridge, expect the classic gym socks stench. It is one of the most delicious cheeses I have ever tried.
Has to be Durian, its packed with vitamins, minerals, and oils that are so good for the body, and is not considered the King of fruits for nothing, I hated it when I first tried it, and that was fresh frozen from a store, but, later on , I got a yearning for it, and now I can't seem to get enough of this wonderful fruit
What I very much dislike is that the smell lingers on my fingers and mouth if I don't wash my hands and brush my teeth. Oh well so I wash and brush after enjoying.
That american teenage accent/ way of talking does not fit the lady in the video, she looked like she would talk in an educated and delicate manner haha. 🤔😷

You should do an episode on natto, which is incredibly stinky. It's very popular in northern Japan, though I never acquired a taste for it.
