I have 2 new top guns in my collection. My wife's granddad passed away alittle while ago. Me and him became super close. Yesterday for Christmas her uncle gave me something amazing. Granddads Remington model 1100 he bought in 1970. It was his all around hunting gun since he also had 2 optional barrels. And a high standard 22 revolver that he bought in 1956 when he was 15 years old. Nothing glamorous or ridiculously collectable, but top of the collection for us.
@marzcapone9939 yeah so I've heard. Granddad kept his in tip top shape though. It was the only gun he used to hunt with, so he always kept it showroom clean and manufactured grade new. Plus he was army, so he knew all about gun maintenance. Since it is such a sentimental piece I don't plan to use it to often, but I will. He would want me to.
Who's Colin? Are you from California or New York.. ;). IF we are going to print up signs and billboards.. CO-LEE-OOOON.. (I probably got that wrong..). Colion..
The majority of my favorite guns that I own all have one thing in common… the first time I took them out to the range I had an instant bond with those guns like live at first sight. They instantly feel effortless to shoot and make you a better shooter. That’s what makes certain guns special
We received the the prerelease info on the Prodigy, my wife was in the store the day of release, when the doors opened. She bought probably the first one in Alabama. We went to the range and it had real problems, as we saw on several videos. We saw how much you loved yours and she sent her Prodigy back to Springfield and told the store to tell them don’t sent it back till it shoots like Colion’s Prodigy. It came back, now well over 1000 rds through it zero problems. It is everything you say and more. We love it and recommend it wholeheartedly. It is top 5 in her collection.
Man...i remember this channel at 200k. Absolutely love seeing the success, brother. I seen it from the jump, knew you had it in you💪 Appreciate you supporting the community and being a voice we need. God Bless🙏
I agree on the Prodigy. I purchased one a few months ago and it has run flawlessly. It is the commander length and I have had no issues with it. I only changed out the two piece guide rod with the Dawson Precision Toolless Guide rod. I run a Steiner MPS on it and it is fantastic gun.
Same with the Saint Victor. I bought one and then 2 of my buddies bought Saint Victors too. They had major issues with their rifles. Every malfunction you see on UA-cam, they’ve experienced. 3 years later and still no malfunctions with mine.
My favorite firearm I purchased this year has to be my ruger pc9. That thing is such a joy to shoot and has so much after marker support to really trick out and make your own.
I haven't had one until this year but it was worth the wait and it is my favorite rifle. The Sig MCX in 300 blackout. Everything about the design and manufacturing of this rifle/pistol is outstanding to me. The melted edges and flow of the controls is rivaled by none. I must say that the MCX is King of the Hill as it performs as well as it looks and feels.
Just got a Staccato XC, that will move anyone on an emotional level, its going to be my EDC, yes, its a $5,000 gun, you should give a $5,000 attempt to carry this, i spent over 200 on a holster system for this. I will accomplish this. And to all those wondering, YES it’s worth it.
My top for 2024 has to be the M&P 2.0 carry comp. Only because it's the newest addition to my collection and is my EDC. Granted, it did just come out a couple months ago

Good list! Two that are on my list are one that I was able to get and one that I hope to be able to get; 1) Springfield SA-35 "Hi Power". This is the one that I picked up this fall. What I love about this design is the history of how the Hi Power came to be and it's storied history in the hands of men and women making history! Miltiary, LE, Intel services have all recognized the capabilities that this pistol brought to the game, LONG before the "wonder nine" craze swept the world. It's a tangible connection to those who have held the line and kept us free. I love it! I love my 1911's and especially my Colt manufactured (in 1944) that played a part in history, but the Hi Power is just awesome to me! 2) Sig Sauer Flux Legion. My wife and I both have seen many reviews and videos of this gun and we are just so "ancy" to get one, ok... two - one for each of us. As a truck gun, traveling gun when we are out RV'ing, it just gets us excited about it and want one! I bought a HK SP5 last spring. It forced me to finally get into the NFA. I just had to SBR it then get a dedicated suppressor for it. Then I had to buy more suppressors and a few more suppressors after those. I picked the right time to get into it with the short wait times too.
A buddy has the TP9 suppressed. Totally agree.. the trigger is bad especially for the cost but it is fun and i shot it very well. He is also going to upgrade that trigger! 😂
I enjoy being educated on both weapons and issues watching Mr. Colion's videos, but I cannot lie. After a long, hard day, day in and day out, of having to deal with corporate bullshit rules and the little corporate robots that they force you to tolerate, I love the way that this gentleman presents and produces these videos. A few guaranteed chuckles to help relieve the work induced headaches. Keep up the excellent work Sir.
Thanks for the CMMG Mk47 nod. Being retired military (USA/ USMC) I have a love of M16A2. It was my issued weapon for over 90% of my career. My ONLY problem is I wished it had that 30 caliber puch. The mk47 has a proven record of durability on par with any AK47.
Hahaha....I knew before I even watched that the Ruger American was going to be on your list. I watched your review video multiple times while researching my Ruger American build. I could tell you really liked it. I did my build as a budget "tacti-cool" precision rifle. I went with a 20" standard in .308, mounted in a Magpul Hunter stock. And I will tell you this, the gen 2 spiral fluted barrel looks fantastic in the Magpul stock. I put an Arken SH4J on top and dropped in a Timney trigger set at 2 lbs. It's a fine shooting rifle. Colion, love your videos, man! But you got to start reviewing some more affordable firearms! Your top 5, even sold bare bones, is running around $8k-$10k! I appreciate you adding the Ruger Ranch Rifle, but calling the Prodigy an entry-level price point (at $1200) is a little nuts!😂
I like these kinds of videos from multiple reviewers. It gives the audience that are looking for their first or 100th firearm a chance to see it in operation, and what the hosts thoughts are about it. Take it with a grain of salt though. It is usually a sample of one.
MY top 5 guns... Hmmm.. the five CLOSEST to me at THIS moment... SA XDm in .45 , SA XDs in .45, Ar-15 in 5.56 MM, AR-10 in .308 and and simple and plain 12 gauge. 3 (the 2 .45's and the Ar-15 are within reach right now) the AR-10 and the 12 Gauge i would have to take 3 steps and they would be in hand.... they are also the ones i practise with the most.

I have the 5” prodigy and the 4.5 comp version and they run amazing. Both have had a lot of upgrading but even from the factory they ran awesome
That 300Blk with subs while suppressed would be like an adult sized air rifle. 😂 👍🏻
You said it right the 20S is definitely my Bucket list rifle
If you wanna try it out and not pay a dime
Play COD and use the TAQ -DMR
My top 5:
Daniel Defense Delta 5 Pro
Daniel Defense MK 18
Sig Sauer P365 AXG Legion
Benelli M4
Genesis Arms GEN-12 PDS
Just curious why haven't you EVER done a review on Knights Armament
Oh man, I had fun watching you having fun making this video.
Really enjoyed, like the scar 20s, merry Christmas ❤
Great video. Need to check out that pistol.
Great job Colion. Thank you 😊
I didn't know Arex existed before your Rost Martin video.
I ended up getting a Gen2 Delta M, that was my impulse buy this year.
"talk about an impulse buy"
yeah, that describes many of my guns
I was slacking this year! I only added 2 new guns to the collection. Cz Shadow 2 compact and the RXM 10.
I like these kinds of videos from multiple reviewers. It gives the audience that are looking for their first or 100th firearm a chance to see it in operation, and what the hosts thoughts are about it.
Take it with a grain of salt though. It is usually a sample of one.
Colin noir is the man. My favorite gun channel. The only guntuber that actually made me go buy a gun he reviewed
You should review the Q Boombox chambered in 8.6mm, I bet you'll love it!
Omg how I would like the cmmg mk47 and scar 20s. I will have to check these out.
