- Ryan Reynolds, star and producer of "Deadpool", comes to Google to discuss the process of bringing the Merc with a Mouth to life.
Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

I love the interviewer, so cool and laid back!! Didn't make things awkward and Ryan seemed genuinely happy to answer the questions (which were actually interesting, unlike others i've seen in some interviews)

+karen taylor totally agree...seems like a really nice friendly person...prolly a blast at college parties in his day....and this was way more candid than I expected...so cool he mentions Buried...I thought I was the only person in the US that saw it but its an amazing film...he's on top of the world....the films on track to make its budget in less than 3 weeks...ad another week for adcost...everything else will be profit....im more interested in the larger implications in the superhero film biz...Kevin Feige once said a Marvel Zombies film is off the table because disney wont do zombies in live action....but does this change things....I hope so....its my biggest wish to see Marvel zombies and house of M as films...house of M doesn't have to be an R film but Deadpools success does usher in an increased chance for a Marvel zombies film....perhaps disneywill release it through touchstone to slightly distance the project and increase the "otherworld" factor of the film...so it is not confused with mainstream continuity?....I can dream at least.

Quick tip: When you watch it stay till the end of all of the credits. There's a funny omag to a very famous end credit scene and you hear about a character in the next movie
