    Awesome video. What temperature did you set your oven to for 45 mins? Is that F or C?

    Tried to prepare your tecipe yesterday. Followed your indtructions exactly; however after 45 min at 465F the chicken was only half done and the salt crust inside was still very moist. Would it not better to cook at 300F for 2 to 21/2 hours? Plse advvise. Thank you.
    PS: and yes, I did check the oven temp.

    Hi Morgane,. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cooking. I will try this recipe this weekend, I just want to know is there anyway I can reuse the coarse salt? It seems such a waste to throw it away after cooking.

    Hi Morgane, looks delicious as always. I wonder though would this recipe work with duck also? I'm not a huge fan of chicken so just wondering?

      Hi morgane i tried the crispy pork and it became very salty.
      Is it because i put too much egg whites or do i reduce it? Currently cooking this dish at the moment. Keep up posting your very detailed and methodical. Keep it up. I just dont know why i still mess it up.
