The FighterZ models are better most of the time, but i still love the ones from Sparking Zero though. I think the reason why FighterZ looks better is the fact that the game simulates a 2D fighting game, so you won't see the characters from all angles, and it works amazingly in the animations when they distort the models.
Both are amazing and I think there are aspects where each has its points in favor and others where not, the DBZF models are incredible, and certain moments of the animation favor it by being mostly 2D, clearly with DBSZ there will be an improvement in the effects and particles of the fights, but certain scenes could be better, in my opinion in dbzf they look pretty good and I even prefer them, but both are great
Ok here's my honest opinion about comparing these games. DBFZ Has some of the best cutscenes from any game ever. The Graphic's in DBFZ are fabulous. The auras are great, ultimate's are great, and the gameplay is very arcade style. I love DBFZ so I give this game a 9/10. The reason it's not a 10/10 is because I think the story is garbage. Ok time for DBSZ. This game just cam out and it's absolutely amazing. You get a very wide range of freedom with this game. The story is spectacular, letting you play the story from Raditz saga all the way to the TOP. Not just that, you also get to play the stories "what ifs" Too. DBSZ has way more characters to play as, and each character has their own unique move set. The main menu is great as well because the characters interact with each other if you go AFK. The graphics in DBSZ are so beautiful and pretty to look at. Every match you play will be like directing your own movie. The Cutscene's in DBSZ are absolutely amazing. Alright, now that I have covered the details from each game, here's my conclusion. DBFZ is a very great game, but it's not flexible enough for me, and that's why DBSZ is the winner, 10/10. Even when I'm not the biggest fan of DBFZ, I prefer that in terms of the visuals of some attacks. Especially the Spirit Bomb in DBSZ looks good, but very unsatisfying when it explodes. It's more like a firecracker than a big damn nuclear explosion like in DBFZ.
That nuclear explosion in DBFZ was actually a finisher, which means it only appear if Spirit Bomb or any other bomb skill was the last attack to take the opponents down
Bandai namco should combine Fighterz Kakarot and Sparking Zero into one collector’s edition package of some sort 1 day. All 3 are dbz gaming peak in their own way
All of the characters in FighterZ are really bulky compared to their actual designs. Most obvious ones are Cooler and Janemba and Z Broly. Just look at Cooler in the movie, incredibly skinny. In Sparking Zero they thankfully kept his bulk from FighterZ, but Z Broly is absolutely massive in FighterZ compared to Sparking Zero. (Albeit he's still massive, he's definitely not as big.)
