People were vlogging on Dslr… nobody cares what people are using. People are vlogging from front iPhone cameras. Everything is good enough for a vlog. That being said…still a good UA-cam video lol. Appreciate the content
Great video as always Terry. I agree, for price,, convenience, and simplicity, the pocket wins. I’ll add that you can put the pocket on a lightweight gimbal on the ground and it’ll stand 5 feet tall, much easier than with a mirrorless cam.
I have zv-e10 m1. I will buy osmo pocket 3 for sure, for vlogging. Catalyst Browse is an extra step you don't want to step on. Because it is anyway time consuming.
The pocket just makes vlogging so much easier hands down. Vlog, put in pocket, take photos with mirrorless camera, pull out of pocket, continue vlogging.
What's up! In this video, we are going to compare two of the hottest vlogging cameras out, the DJI Osmo Pocket and the Sony ZV-E10 II. These cameras aim to do the same thing which is vlogging and content creation, however handle that task in two TOTALLY different ways! 📌 DJI Osmo Pocket 3 - geni.us/qqQA8 📌 Sony ZV-E10 II - geni.us/HhD1L4i =============================================================== 📌 Book your coaching session, let me help you with your goals! - form.jotform.com/242998192995177 ================================================================ 📌 ALL of my music, sound effects, and other assets from ARTLIST! I ordered the zv e 10 yesterday..after watching this video i placed an order for the pocket 3...It was what i wanted from the jump but somehow i convinced myself the e 10 would be better! YOU sold me on the pocket!!! 😁
Pocket 3 for the win as a vlog camera, no question. Both look amazing through this video though. I have the Sony ZV E10 M1 as my studio camera, and it's dope with amazing image quality. I also have the Pocket 3 for vlog and filming b-roll . No chance I would ever take the ZV E10 out to vlog over the Pocket 3!
Great video super helpful. I am new to content creation, but I’m really interested in photography not too much vlogging, at least not for public consumption. I think the Sony camera is great to start and then if I find myself vlogging more, I will get the Osmo and keep the Sony as my camera for photography. Plus, I have the iPhone 16 pro so I’m not running to get another pocket camera with a tiny screen. Thank you!!
The Osmo has so many features but although it looks straight forward, so many of the features are hidden away. Once you start getting used to what it can do you will find yourself using other cameras a lot less. There is still so much I don't know, I never knew you could use the mic to take pictures! I'm definitely going to start using that, thanks 👍
Or just use both lol 😂 my buddy’s film lab uses the pocket 3 on the go and around the office for quick content and has two ZV-E10II for a podcast and other stuff he wants a more professional look. Great options these days. Good video!
@ I had to to make the DOF somewhat comparable, even at the Osmo pockets f2 equivalent there just isn’t a lot of DOF due to the small sensor and wide lens
G lens with separation background = awesome.i have both and my Dji is my secondary device mainly use on sunny day, I n lower light I prefer the image quality not the Sony , as what you said the Sony can capture great raw image as well and is best of both world
No matter how much I want the DJI Osmo 3 I won’t buy one. I have an FX30 A73 & an iPhone 16 Pro Max I also have gimbal’s and drones so I don’t see the need for it but if I was just starting out, I feel like the ultimate content creating tool would just be your phone and a DJI Osmo 3
Pocket 3 is my favorite camera to use for vlogging purposes. I love my S5iiX, but damn all them gears I need to slap on the camera to vlog with it. Plus, my shoulders be getting tired when I hold it up too long yapping in my vlogs. LOL!!!
Thanks for the breakdown. I just bought both. I am going to use the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for vlogging and my Sony ZV-E10 Mark II. Can you make a video on how to get great audio on the Sony ZV-E10 Mark II and the simplest way to get the audio to send to an editor.
Get Neither, get an Action 5 Pro with a DJI Mic Mini, film in Horizon Balance, 4k 24/30, -2 Sharpness, -1 Noise Reduction, ISO 200-Max, D-log M w/ DJI Lut, and you will get great results for cheaper and it'll be waterproof.
The Osmo Pocket 3 has easily been my most used and favorite camera this year. Being able to have it literally in my pocket has been invaluable.
People were vlogging on Dslr… nobody cares what people are using. People are vlogging from front iPhone cameras. Everything is good enough for a vlog.
That being said…still a good UA-cam video lol. Appreciate the content
True. But there’s still a market for them
Viewers don't care, but different systems are more convenient/enjoyable for different users
For vlogging I agree it’s no contest, DJI Osmo 3 wins in that use case
Yep. Fair is fair
Great video as always Terry. I agree, for price,, convenience, and simplicity, the pocket wins. I’ll add that you can put the pocket on a lightweight gimbal on the ground and it’ll stand 5 feet tall, much easier than with a mirrorless cam.
Thank you! And absolutely right
i have not picked up my sony since i purchased the pocket 3! I was thinking about selling it but i cant part with it. but Love the Pocket

For talking head Zve 10 is better, anything on the move go with the pocket three

This was a fantastic video. I'm going to have to go with the Osmo Pocket 3 on this one. Look at that crop on the ZV-E10 II at 11:15
Thanks bro! And you been putting out 🔥🔥🔥 also
Don't forget the f7.1
That's like using zv e10 just to play on small sensor territory. Best usecase is you gotta use it with 11mm @f2.8 or f4
@ I had to to make the DOF somewhat comparable, even at the Osmo pockets f2 equivalent there just isn’t a lot of DOF due to the small sensor and wide lens
This video is right one time!

I could only subscribe so many times! 😅
I like having both options with me. No need to limit myself to one!
DJI looks great for anyone in other systems already too
Absolutely
DJI is no contest for non specialized footage. It slays ZV1 and bite on bigger camera for vlogging purpose.
Pocket 3 is my favorite camera to use for vlogging purposes. I love my S5iiX, but damn all them gears I need to slap on the camera to vlog with it. Plus, my shoulders be getting tired when I hold it up too long yapping in my vlogs. LOL!!!
I picked up a pocket 3 on Black Friday special from Sam’s club for $400
Pretty sure the crop factor does not impact F stops in video, only in photography.
It’s across the board

U do it
So many pocket 3 videos lately...but won't the version 4 come out in December? 😮
Naaa couple years apart

If that works for you than nothing wrong with that champ
Money money money money 🤑💰
lol. Tis the world we live in
After waiting for more than a month to get my Ace pro 2, I just cancelled my order and placed the order for pocket 3. 😂
Children choose. Adults take all.
I like the way you think lmao
Man sit yo
Good comparison, but you should have used the Sony 11mm f1.8
DJI sponsored? You are shilling bro. Unsubscribed ! 💰 😂
Shills unite!! Lol
@TerryWarfield 💰💰💰
Why are you trolling, Vu 😂😂.
That dji is trash and has always been a one trick pony novelty camera.
Said no one ever
@BtrDaze does the same thing as a phone on any post 2018 dji gimbal but with a tiny azz screen. Waste of time buying it. Just get a real camera!
@@fredfred9758 u mean those big out of date ones? Why?
