I love the textures of all your scarves and have made many of them. Some given as gifts the rest for charity. As you said in the first video, always for someone else never for me, maybe today I will make this for me. Thank you for your great tutorials.
Impressive video, Crochet Mood. Looking forward to your next upload. I pressed that thumbs up icon on your creation. Keep up the fantastic work! The way you explained the back loop single crochet technique was really helpful. Have you considered discussing how different yarn weights affect the final texture of the scarf?
I just found your channel and love so many of your pieces. I love how easy this is in a single crochet stitch. If I wanted to make this using double crochet stitches, is there a specific number of chains I need to do? Or simply chain as long as I want the scarf? Also, once I get to the end of the row, how many chains do I make before turning the piece, and then how many stitches would I skip before my first double crochet of the new row? I can follow a pattern, but when it comes to converting from one stitch to another I'm lost! Thank you so much!
Hi Tammy. For double crochet chain 2 chains and turn your work, then do a double crochet in the next stitch, not the stitch from where the 2 chains come from. Welcome to my channel!😊 Happy Crochet and a wonderful 2025!🌹
Very pretty scarf, and your tutorial is easy to follow! When you gave the length of 136 cm, I imagine that is with no tassels? I may have missed it, but did you say how long the yarn should be for the tassels before you fold it? Thank you!
Hi Karen. 136cm without the tassels and 12 cm wide. Depends on you how long you like the tassels to be, but mine I cut the yarn at 12 cm, once attached are 10 cm. The knot of the tassel might take 1 to 2 cm. Happy Crochet!
