Definitely want us to go for an upcoming manager rather than going with a tried and tested one - we've seen with the likes of Karanka that doesn't guarantee success at all. Build an identity and the style the owners want us to and let's have a go at it. Not that it translates accurately to football in real life, but Isaac Olaofe is someone I signed at blues in FM this year, he did fantastic at championship and solid even at premier league level. If we sign him and he does well, I'll be claiming credit for that😂
