The crooked bars are a good indicator of the joys of owning so many bikes and not enough multi-tools etc for each. Early on, I made the mistake of forgetting a multi-tool, so I first tried having one bag to move between bikes, but eventually over time made sure every bike had its own bag with tools, patch kit, spare tube, and a means to inflate a tire. Hope you two had a very Merry Christmas and have a Blessed New Year!
The story behind the crooked bars is I hit a dog that run out in front of me about a half mile from home. Decided to just ride it that way. I do always have tools but at the expense of wearing a backpack on every ride. Definitely a drawback to having so many bikes. Thanks and Happy New Year.
@ The Mac Avenue Skull Game album is nothing like the rest of their music. It’s a soundtrack to a fictitious movie… it’s very 70’s guitar driven funk. Excellent album
Another solid week of riding it seems, minus clipping the dog and ending up with crooked bars. I hope y'all have a safe and fun New Year's, and we'll see ya in 2025! Take care you two, and have a great rest of the week!
Well done, one of my favorites. Great editing and music. Laughed at the crooked handlebars. Nice transition from the deer to the cemetery. Bicycle coffee - have to check them out. Thanks LocoJoe
Thank you. The crooked handlebars was the result of hitting a dog that ran out in front of me. That dead animal was actually a calf (pretty sure anyway). I’m hesitant to include things like this as I don’t want to disturb anyone yet I just want to show what it is I see and encounter. See ya here in the new year.
Thanks William. I’m guessing our area is somewhere in the middle when it comes to bike infrastructure. I’ve seen/ridden better but also know there is a lot worse. Happy New year to you.
🍻
Favorite subjects bikes , biking , guitars . What better way to get up close to the scenery .
Thanks for watching!

… and the music makes me think of an album by Big Chief - Mac Avenue Skull Game.
Thanks Josh. Never heard of Big Chief but had a listen. Sounds to me to be an eclectic mix of styles and genres. Enjoyed them.

So. Life in Kansas is like life in Oklahoma? 😄 Enjoyed the peeks of the different machines. So many nice variations you two.
Yes pretty much lol. Fun fact… Nova was born and raised in Oklahoma.
I always like your videos. I wish I lived in a location that was more bike friendly.
