Amazing Tennis levels Hendrik. I am very glad that I've come across your videos. You're very impressive and your intensity is second to none. Keep up the great work. Michael is incredible. Cheers, M
Hey Hendrik, great video! I’ve been watching a lot of your videos especially the gym ones as I want to get stronger for tennis. Was wondering if you could also make a video about recovering from injuries or how to strengthen for them. I’m a year older than you and wanting to be able to get back to playing pain free eventually. Thanks
Hi Ken thanks a lot! It’s a very comprehensive topic to prevent injuries. I will cover soon a part 2 of the best tennis exercises. Strength in the posterior chain is definetly a major key. Check out my Fitness Course I cover everything from warmup to plyometrics and lifting there
this guy is playing amazing for 44 yrs old... (I remember playing a futures with him in Harlingen TX Feb2003, I made it farther then him in the doubles (and I was not as good as him) lol
Great match. How fast u think his average first serve was? 160? yet you had more trouble with his serve then he with your faster serve. He had great returns.
Yes I’d say a bit faster around 180 but it shows how important placement is. He is a master at anticipation and put me in big trouble with the low returns
He dealt with your serves really well. For his age his level is incredible. Thanks for posting this!
Glad you enjoyed it! Yes he returned extremely well, the level he has is still amazing🎾
Maybe play with Justin Engel
Great idea and friend of mine knows him well 🎾
That’s some incredible tennis
Thank you 🙏

Really appreciate that! This gives me inspiration to get keep going stronger and stronger 🙏🎾
Habt ihr auf Hartplatz oder Rebound Ace gespielt? Der Platz sieht so schnell aus.
Unglaublich mit welcher Qualität die Returns kommen...Chapeau das is ganz wo anders❤️🔥👍
Absolut! Da sieht man die Klasse von Michael 🎾💪
Wo ist denn diese schöne Halle? Tolles Match!

Depends on the injury surely: u prob need a physio.

Great content. I wish you had a tennis sensor, so that I can tell the speed of your serves.
@@DK-dr5hy thanks 🙏 1st serve is 200-220 km/h 2nd serve 150-170 km/h
If you recommend a brand I can try to get it
Geiles Video 🔥🔥
Vielen Dank 💪
44 years of age btw. . I consider myself pretty fit at 42, but he´s keeping up with you.
Hope to meet him on the ITF Masters Tour one day :)
He’s a machine it’s incredible! His level is still very high and I’m sure would be great if you get to compete with him on the itf tour

Yes unreal level 🎾 crazy I almost played the future there as well and cool that you remember that 🙏
Very nice to see Michael Berrer , "serve and volley god " . Still playing great, but of course Henrik hat much more power.
Absolutely!! I’d say he’s a slice expert as well. Thanks for watching 🎾🤝

Berrer is very solid. His backhand, which looks like a weakness in the pros is very solid otherwise.
Yes he doesn’t miss and makes you play low percentage shots
ah ah...it's funny how people in the side court are watching 10-year-old kids while right next to them a match of this level is being played.
Thomas Müster would be nice if he still is up for it.
Gerne auch auf deutsch

You had no easy holds vs a 45 year old that was known for never breaking any pros. You’ll never make it
Why so negative men((
@ I stated facts. Sorry you take it as negative
Did you not see that he beat Nadal?
44 and there was 40-0 hold
