Man of Steel will forever be one of my favorite movies. It’s lore, depth and message are so huge and important. It’s an under-appreciated gem with captivating atmosphere, layered characters and absolutely magical soundtrack. Beats any Marvel film easily. This film is something otherworldly, no pun intended. Zack Snyder did really, really well. Sad that WB rushed and ruined everything later. But there is still hope that Snyder will give us a sequel which will have this same unique, ancient yet at the same time futuristic feeling to it. I said it before and I will say it again - this movie is gold.
Not normally a comic book film fan - apart from Batman trilogy. But this film is special. I couldn't wait for the sequel that was planned but they decided to go with batman vs superman and it was a bit flat for me.

He saw the good in us, and saw the humanity in himself. He chose us over his own kind. And we still didn’t trust him, yet... he remains our Superman.
This is holy music. I listen to it every day working from home. It inspires me to write code and be the best version of me I could be this day. Its calming my mind in a world full of madness and things that don't make sense.. The theme our hero dad by extension Superman, which is the best of all our our fathers combined.
