This is a good video. As you have shown, the main problem that causes traffic congestion is lack of lane discipline. Trucks should drive on the left in the slow lane, but which lane do they stick to? The fast lane. Inadequate bus stops make the slow lane a hazard. Fix those 2 issues and traffic will flow.
We should always mark our highways look at this two lanes but no running marking to separate the two lanes,is paint so expensive.Another thing road signage it so sad I have not seen any single sign a long this road.

One of the problems with Kenyan Highways is no lane markings and reflective ( cats eyes / road studs) no wonder accidents are prone in some sections.
