Please don't resort to alcohol it just makes things worse trust me. Please don't hurt yourself either its not worth it. Seems like your heading In the right direction with picking up new hobbies and excersize. I've found that going to gym has reduced stress. Tbh I did not know you were going through all that kind of makes me sad but it's good that your opening up about it. Alot of people bottle it up but talking about it actually reduces those negative emotions. Not sure you got my number but if you want to talk me you can or we can meet up in person.
