Sm창법하면 신화 ㅡ 신혜성 이 안나온게 더신기했음 ㅋ Sm 메인보컬중에서도 차별성은 시아준수급으로 목소리만들어가도 이미 신화노래이다는 증명표인데 ㅠ 조금 아쉽네요
SM 음악 특 멤버 각자의 개성을 살리면서도 떼창이 진짜 기깔남 A&R이 진짜 일을 잘 하는 회사라 음악은 정말 믿고 들을 수 있음

True, when Super Junior sing together, their blending is insane. And you can really distinguish the difference of their own singing style. And I love how he says that with other groups, it's the SM style of singing but with SuJu, it's different. 💙💙💙

Shindong's voice is indeed precious :> I heard him sing live and his low voice was really beautiful. It harmonizes well and really balances the group.
SHINee: Live Performance Kings! Even he said that SHINee is good at live singing. They always have been -- right out of the gate with their debut.
Can't help but laugh when he said that Suju is different, that they have relative freedom because of their experience and they already know each other very well. I could not be happier for Suju being able to be themselves and getting the respect they deserve.

I really appreciate director-nim's comments on each of these groups, but was a bit sad to see that there was no discussion of EXO'. Would like to hear what director-nim has to say about EXO's vocals, considering they are a vocal focused group.
@stilapixie - exactly my sentiments! I’m so surprised he hasn’t mentioned EXO when discussing SM vocals? Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy the groups that were covered here and they are all amazing but Exo are considered vocal legends and I would have loved to hear Director’s comments. On a side note, I was so pleased to see some focus on Kim Junsu (Xia), he is such a legend!

그러네...이 세상 소리같지 않은 음악...진짜 어디서 듣도 보도 못한 희한한 비트와 멜로디를 구현할 때가 참 많음~가장 정석적이고 FM적인 엔터계의 교과서같은 SM~다양한 것을 시도해도 본질적인 것들에 대한 추구에서는 벗어나지 않음
김구라가 했던 말 : sm=특목고 느낌, jyp=일반고 느낌, yg=대안 학교 느낌
This video just prove that SM idols have the best vocal among others.
I started listening K-Pop thanks to Super Junior. I was amazed by their vocals, and after a year and a half, I started to listening to another, thanks to their interactions with another groups, mostly SM. SM groups really are something else about vocals. Every artist in every group can sing really well, but SuJu is my favorite and beloved one, because as you said, they have their own color, their voices show each other's personality and together harmonize perfectly. I really love Super Junior's music and the subunits. They're the best, I think that SHINee it's my second favorite group, they are really amazing! Then EXO, TVXQ! NCT (all subunits)! And the Girl groups, we have Girls' Generation, Red Velvet, aespa, f(x)... Thank you for share your experience working with my favorite artists! ^^

어쎔 보컬특징은 갠적으로 기교는 알엔비 인것같은데 고음발성은 흉성으로내는 판소리같은 그런 보컬들이 많은듯. 진짜 터프하고 힘이느껴짐.

Kim Heechul=Super Junior. I clicked this video right away when I saw the thumbnail. He deserves a recognition too because he's an awesome singer! Underrated but a real gem. Kyuhyun too since he's one of the top vocalists not only in suju but also in SM and in Korea.
This was so great to watch and hear his wisdom about vocals of some of the most iconic and talented groups in Kpop! Loved seeing his praise for Shindong who's always so underrated, especially by newer fans who sometimes don't understand how someone that doesn't look like a typical kpop idol can be talented.

Super Junior's vocals are on another level. They've got the best vocal line and also the best harmonization for a group. The members have unique and different voice tones but when they sing together it's heavenly and harmonious, that's why their ballads are superior in kpop. Super Junior is a special group ✨💙

When it comes to vocals, 2nd gen groups like tvxq, sj and shinee steal my heart! 3rd gen I would say BTOB and exo and mamamoo! Honestly I love a lot of groups but when it comes to vocals these would be the first to pop in my head.

스엠이고 하이브고 아이돌 뭐 계속 나오겠지 근데 랩은 차치하고 아이돌의 기본 요소 외모(피지컬)+보컬+퍼포먼스 이 세가지가 완벽에 가까운 그룹은 내 기억엔 "동방신기" 가 유일하다고 본다. 방탄도 물론 잘하지만(랩은 두말하면 입아프고) 근데 솔직히 말해서 보컬은 잘 모르겠다.(보컬라인이 못부른다가 아님! 오해말기를) 멤버들간의 화음의 합이라고 할까, 전체적인 소리의 어우러짐 이점에선 방탄보다 동방신기가 앞선다는게 개인적인 견해...그래서 앞으로 아무리 많은 그룹이 나와도 동방신기 정도에 이르는 아이돌은 나오기 힘들듯하다고 본다(나 카시오페아 아님!)

To illustrate what he meant when he said super junior's members have different vocals individually but when they're singing a group part they sound unison, we can hear it in Devil song. You can't distinguish their individual voices in the chorus part while individual parts have different colors
