came here during quarantine. have to say, it almost made me cry. i miss disney world so much. can't wait to go back once this is all over, and everything is back to normal.
Watching this really strikes a chord deep inside me. My dad took me to Disney in 1979 and I remember seeing this for the first time. My favorite was King Neptune. It really makes me wish I could relive some of those childhood moments when those first experiences were such a wonderment.
I remember one time my family and I stayed at a lake-view room at Wilderness Lodge, and I guess we were positioned right under a speaker outside because the water pageant flooded into my room with the force of 20 jet planes taking off at once. My dad could hear it through his noise cancelling headphones. It was really funny.
Actually, the speakers are in the each of the barges. (Unlike the fireworks, the soundtrack is not piped to speakers on the shore.) The soundtrack is just that loud.
First time I saw this, more so found out about it was while we were watching the Electrical Parade from the Main Street Train station and happened to look behind us last year we went there ^-^;;; pretty cool that the have one on the water XD
now if only Disney would release the soundtrack on a CD as the wind makes it very difficult to get a goo audio recording. if I'm not mistaken the only song they have to pay for is "Walk The Dinosaur" as everything else they either composed themselves or it's in public domain.
here are the show times for it. Polynesian: 8:45PM, Grand Floridian: 9PM, Wilderness Lodge: 9:30PM, Fort Wilderness: 9:45PM, Contemporary And Bay Lake Tower: 10PM. It Also Stops At Magic Kingdom At A Random Time During The Night.
I think it was taken from the Grand Floridian, in the beginning you can barely see the top of the Contrmporary and the light coming from the Magic Kingdom parking lot is visible to the right. Great quality, thanks for sharing!
@contacttom2006 I'm going to take educated guess and say the Polynesian. You can see the contemporary and the castle in the background which I don't think you can at the Grand Floridian. Also the placement of the no swimming signs looks like the Poly. Pretty nerdy of me, I know.
Hard to tell, but was this taken at the Polynesian? Great video. I'm 24 and am getting ready for my 14th Disney trip, and this is one of my favorite memories! Thank you for sharing!
It was so sad when the little boy died from a gator but it wasn't the gator's fault, they're animals they don't know better. (kinda reminds me when the whale at Sea World killed the trainer)
Love Disney. Can’t wait to go back every time I hear this

We’re going next year for 10 days. Can’t wait.
1983 we used to run down to the shore to watch when the music started. This music in this video is a bit different. Especially the dinosaur.
Oh geez and now the little mermaid music at the end. I feel a little sick that it's changed. Miss that innocence sooo much.
I always love seeing these at Polynesian Resort
I can not explain how many times I have watched this, possibly the best video ever 🐬🐬🐬🐙🐢🐳🐉
I love this pageant!
I love this so much! I get the feeling the last update of this was when the Little Mermaid just came out :) which makes it even better
I remember seeing this at bay lake recently on my vacation on the 4th of July.
I love that awesome music I want to be there right now!!
Remember watching this at Wilderness Lodge when I was younger. This brought back memories :)

Sean Rouse huh. Then I wonder why it was so loud in one of my rooms but not in others. Maybe i’m just going deaf idk
Under the Sea, man... never fails to make me smile. :)
A must every time we visit Disney World. Love it!
First time I saw this, more so found out about it was while we were watching the Electrical Parade from the Main Street Train station and happened to look behind us last year we went there ^-^;;; pretty cool that the have one on the water XD
the music for these shows are so good
This is one of my absolute favorite things to do at Disney and there are still so many people who don't even know it exists...

How can you never get sick of something no matter how many times you see it?
I've watched videos on Facebook from other people taping this and this is the better one that I've watch so far. Good job
Awesome! This Video was recorded the night before we got to Disney World :D
here are the show times for it. Polynesian: 8:45PM, Grand Floridian: 9PM, Wilderness Lodge: 9:30PM, Fort Wilderness: 9:45PM, Contemporary And Bay Lake Tower: 10PM. It Also Stops At Magic Kingdom At A Random Time During The Night.
I saw this on Saturday at Disneyworld. Loved it!
6:02 That’s The Barney Theme.
I love this! We watched it every night when we stayed at the Wilderness Lodge! :)
I LOVED Ursula's theme used for the octopus
So glad this is still around even if the electric light parade is not....
this video reminds me of disney so much!
Crocodile and its song is my fav! X3
Classic XD Never smile at a crocodile ^_^
My favorite is Elliot from Pete's Dragon
They park in the canal next to the Magic Kingdom.

+Jaimee Kinman yeah my brother and I saw what it looked like but I don't remember where
I love the Crocodile/gator too! Too bad they got rid of it because of the little boy who died. What a shame. :(
Omg the octopus has Poor Unfortunate Souls. LMFAO
Well ursala is part octopus 🐙

btw, the arrangements for this were performed by *MELISSA* Atwell
Brickley!! ❤️❤️
Here's a 1973 documentary of Walt Disney World. About 27 minutes into the film you would see the Electric Water Pageant.

Love the Dinosaur's theme
You could say he's walking....
I personally like the octopus. It’s song if from my dads favorite movie
the song used for the Dinosaur also plays in the god awful 1993 Super Mario Movie
@@willausterman3104actually he’s swimming
@@skunkman9815 whoooooosh
my parents made me watch this a few years ago. it was much better than i thought it would be😂
That dragon's tongue tho #sploosh
Bryan Mozo I don’t think that’s the dragon’s tongue, that’s the dragon breathing fire. That explains why the red part is moving.
I just heard the water parade song playing when I was at the luau at Polynesian Village with my family and my sister’s boyfriend.
Jaimee Kinman bbbb
For those who play on MCParks /warp ewp for the greatest show in the universe!
@disneyfan85 it sure is. it's "I love you too." :)

The music for the sea dragon sounds like something from "Pete's Dragon"!
Michael Harrington actually it is
Disney may want to re-evaluate the use of the crocodile during the electric water parade going forward. :(
It was so sad when the little boy died from a gator but it wasn't the gator's fault, they're animals they don't know better. (kinda reminds me when the whale at Sea World killed the trainer)
Um... It's back, saw it last month when I was watching the parade

Love it!!! I've seen it at least 20 times! What resort beach was this recorded from?
contacttom2006 7 years late lol but Grand Floridian, you’d an as the Polynesian main building behind the parade.
I hope you can refresh my memory, but what was the turtle from again?
Hi
