@junika4656 That’s amazing to hear! 🙌 I'm so glad my work is making such a positive impact on PS3 technicians. Your support keeps me motivated to keep creating more content. Thank you so much!
How you done that osciloscope probe with only one wire ? When you use xt mode on osciloscope you use the 2 channel's? Right? Thanks for sharing your knowledge! Greatings from Portugal 🇵🇹 🌟
Master you could make a mini series on how everything is pieced together on this consoles through block diagrams and possibly test points to look out for when diagnosing….Just a thought but you know better than I do 🙏🏾
Hey Mr Idrees I have been following you content for a while and you are really expert in repair I also want to know how to fix my ps3 superslim It gives no output stays on power button beeps when pressed has HDD activity and controller sync all filters for HDMI are OK and all resistors around TDI chip are stable also syscon gives an 1200 cpu thermal overheat heat error but the resistors around south bridge and cpu\gpu are all OK where should I check this console died after a game crash and I tried to restore firmware but couldn't get video after loading the firmware
You should show me before an after disassambly PS3. Show me the behaviour about this case. So, people can decide that behaviour cause by that MOSFET short. I hope in every video you can tell people that. Thank you.
Hi pro how are you thanks a lot for your videos ❤❤ I have ps3 super slim turn off 3 or for seconds I checked the fuses I found f 6301 6302 are dead I changed them then I try it it still turn off I checked them again I found f6302 dead again please help what the ic shorted or the main problem with f6302
Hi! It sounds like there's a short somewhere that's causing F6302 to blow again. Since you've already replaced it once, the issue might be with a component connected to that fuse. Check the capacitors and MOSFETs in the same circuit for any signs of shorts or damage. It could also be an issue with the IC responsible for power regulation in that area. If you're comfortable with it, you might want to check for any other components that are drawing too much current. Let me know how it goes!
Good morning my friend, I tested the mosfet and when I try to turn on the ps3 it shorts out but if I leave the ps3 off for an hour the mosfet returns to normal, can you help me, could it be the pwm because I tested all the resistors and they are all perfect?
Good morning! It sounds like you've done some thorough testing already. If the MOSFET is shorting out and then returning to normal after being left off, it could be an indication of a thermal issue or an intermittent fault. Considering the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) controller as a potential cause is a good idea. Here are a few steps you can take to further diagnose the issue: Check the PWM Controller: Inspect the PWM controller for any visible signs of damage or overheating. If possible, test the PWM signals with an oscilloscope to ensure they are functioning correctly. Check for Cold Solder Joints: Inspect the solder joints around the MOSFET, PWM controller, and related components. Cold solder joints can cause intermittent connections that might lead to the behavior you're seeing. Monitor Temperature: If you suspect a thermal issue, use a thermal camera or an infrared thermometer to monitor the temperature of the MOSFET and surrounding components when you attempt to power on the PS3. This can help identify any components that are overheating. Replace the MOSFET: If you haven't already, consider replacing the MOSFET with a known good one. Sometimes, even if a MOSFET tests fine out of circuit, it can still fail under load. Inspect the Power Supply: Ensure that the power supply is delivering stable voltage and current to the system. A faulty power supply can cause various issues, including shorting and overheating components. If the PWM controller is indeed faulty, replacing it might resolve the issue. If you need more specific guidance on testing or replacing components, feel free to provide additional details or ask further questions.
It's worth noting that while the CPU key is an important security feature, it should not be confused with other components that can be upgraded or replaced, such as the CPU itself or other hardware peripherals. The CPU key is specific to the processor and remains unchanged even if the CPU is replaced with an identical model.
All your work really makes PS3 technicians feel reborn

Can you solve upload video about fault in the power section or YLOD by just use millimeter?
please?
Fine, I will.
Do you provide services for reverting ps4 firmware from latest to jailbreak version?
Yes, Dear!

Would you also recommend taking off a PS3 CPU and GPU caps.
Never.
I'm asking you cause you're the expert.👍
I got another question too My laser on my PS3. Keeps making this clicking noise when going around the motor that spends the disk.
@@ethanthomas8159 The laser must be getting weak as it could not focus the disk tracks.
Will it Do it too if the disk drive is not spinning.
