Beta announcement for the print life version 3

Dear valued Print Life customer, we're excited to announce the availability of our Beta Software version for testing, which will be in the testing phase for two weeks. Your insights are critical in shaping its future.
We kindly request that you explore the Beta, identify any issues, and share your suggestions by submitting a support ticket. Your feedback is invaluable, and together, we can make our software even better.
After this testing period, the Beta will seamlessly transition to the live software.

I signed up on feb1 and haven’t been able to get in! I’ve submitted a couple tickets and left a voicemail, would love to get in there and get things set up!

Hey Brotha, Glad you are working hard. I have some suggestions and I’ll email this to you also. Can we 1) remove the vendor from the images for the client portal. 2) can we remove distant. I feel that we should have weight and high all around. 3) can we have white base as a permant thing when the admin or user select screen print, DTG and DTF? 4) I use hub spot can there be a code that we can install that if a customer on the client portal is looking for help they can click on it and if that shop is using hubspot or anything like that it will send a message to them this would be a code and then a check box that will be somewhere. 5) when someone click new project can that bring them back to the add item page.

There is also missing images and incorrect pricing on things. Like k500 there is no images and like when you look at Nike NKAA 1852 it’s stating it’s $1.72 and that price is incorrect. Im afraid clients are going to pay thinking that’s how much the shirts are. This is a major issue.

I submitted a ticket with screenshots, but the "sort price" especially low to high, really messes up prices. Can anyone else create a quote, type 'hoodie' in the search and filter price from low to high. Do you get those $4-$6 hoodies as well? And if you go inside those products, they actually show regular t-shirt pics. Also, if you filter the same 'hoodie' search and sort price, high to low, they show totally different products... but the high to low seems like more reasonable prices for hoodies.
This will be a huge mishap especially if the customer is controlling the quote creation because you know they are gonna want to see what the cheapest available, is. Or maybe it's something on my end in the settings.
