I used to work at Captain d’s in my early twenties so when I tell you it’s nothing like eating a FRESH 2pc with fries and Mac and a hushpuppy. Came home full after every shift 😂.
You should’ve asked for a side of cracklins. They always give that out for free.
One thing I learned from working at captain d’s was to put the Chesapeake seasoning or blackened seasoning on the fries, makes them 10x better
I’m so mad I never thought of this when I worked there. Those fries were amazing when hot and fresh.

I love the two piece spicy fish with tender meal typically with coleslaw and fries, the Cajun sandwich combo with coleslaw and lemonade and the grilled white fish and shrimp skewer meal with corn and green beans🤤😍I love captain D’s but the funnel cake sticks here are too greasy. Oh and a delicious side of jalapeño peppers😋😋😋

This was my first job YEARS ago lol. It seems they changed some of the seasonings over time. They had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich that was bussin. This was like 2007-08 lol.
Also, been binging your videos (you’re great) I live in the GSO area, but overall from NC. If you EVER find yourself towards eastern NC go to a little town called Washington there’s a place called King Chicken… I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The "grilled" fish is steamed in a microwave. Try the chicken on the breadstick with BBQ sauce
