Thanks Kim! We were pretty stoked too! I want to get a microscope! I bet if I looked at those moon eggs you could actually see the baby moons! I would love to try it!
Oh wow. So many great sand dollars. Love all the different colors and patterns on them. Thanks for taking me along and showing me the beach now it’s open. Take care🐚💜
Hello in Mississippi! Yes! Sand dollars for days and really beautiful ones too! They were seriously perfect! Such a great day! Thanks for coming along!
Thank you for the great tree tide shot! I just love those!! The Lady Crab is so pretty! Your excitement is contagious. Thank you for another great shelling video!
Hi Mabel! Thanks for coming along! I was so excited to see that intact lady crab. Wish it was a live, but someday we will find one! So many great treasures! Winter storms are coming so stay tuned!
That was a great time she'll with you and Tracy at plum Island. You found tons of sand dollars and blue shells. I love New England. I grew up in Connecticut. Now in living in the gulf of Mexico in Florida pan handle. Shelling here is so different. See ya next time. God bless
@@PlumIslandSeaCabin well as a baby I lived in Endfield. When I got in my teen I lived in Colchester. I left CT when I was 15 and I moved to New Hampshire. I have Always loved the ocean. We used to go to Rocky Neck beach alot and R I.
I loved seeing the Emerson rocks covered with the ocean!! The big blue clam shell was beautiful. Having your hat for the sand dollars was smart!! I never had a knit hat while shelling in Florida!! 😆 great video with beautiful scenery this time!! Thanks!
Hahaha - Yes, a knit hat in Florida would give you sun stroke for sure! lol. It was for sure a great shelling day! I really can't wait for those winter storms to start kicking up!
Oh Jamie the shelling is getting so good! I absolutely love those big surf clams with the blue inside!!! And those dark sand dollars are awesome. The pattern reminds me of basket weaving!!! Gorgeous! I hope some of those are going in your Etsy shop. I just got my sand dollars , tshirt and surprise moons and I was like a kid in a candy shop! Loved everything!! I'm so happy temps are cooling down and the shells are starting to show out. The beach was beautiful, Thanks for the adventure!
Hi Freda! I am so glad nothing broke! Shipping said dollars is so tricky! Lol. Yes...with fall here. We are getting more waves and more storms! The shelling is for sure getting better with each trip! Thanks for all the support my friend! See you next week on the beach!
Great video Jamie. Love love love the sand dollars. Really looking forward to my upcoming trip to Plum Island. Hoping to have half the shelling luck you have. Thanks!
Hi Sabrina! You will! Just be sure to follow the tips for best shelling. Get to the beach about 2 hours before low tide and look for footprints along the wrack line. If you see footprints, someone got there before you - switch up your location. Good luck and keep me posted!
Wow, you changed you music and opening scenes! I like it. If you have a "sand"wich size (sorry - pun) Tupperware bring that in your backpack for sand dollars.
Great shelling day and awesome finds! Love those tide trees. I haven't seen those anywhere else. I wonder if they have to do with how far the tide goes out? Great video Jaime. Thank you!
That is a very good question. I know that PI has a very shallow and long sub-marine floor which allows all those great shells to roll right up onto the beach! Maybe the way the water gradually pulls away from the sand has something to do with it? Something to research for sure! Thanks for always tuning in friend!
What an amazing day😍. Loved all the different colors on all the shells! Super jealous of all the sand dollars you scored. Excited for you that the beaches are back open for you🥰. I'm curious, what do you use to clear coat your shells? Thanks for sharing the adventure
Hi Matt! Yes - it was an amazing day! For clear coat I go to my local hardware store and in the spray paint department there is clear coat spray. You can get high gloss, gloss satin or matte. I prefer satin or gloss. Hi gloss it a bit too much I think, but it's really personal preference. Thanks for always coming along on the adventures!
I just love the blue baby surf clam! I’m so happy the beach is open for you now, Jaime!
Hi Robin! Me too!!! So much coastline to enjoy and explore! Heading back later today for more! I can't stay away! Haha
So excited for you, Jaime! What a fabulous day! I loved Tracey's excitement over the sand dollars 💜! And ... oh my gosh ... moon snail eggs! How cool!
Thanks Kim! We were pretty stoked too! I want to get a microscope! I bet if I looked at those moon eggs you could actually see the baby moons! I would love to try it!

Hi Debrann! Do you have the keyhole sand dollars in Texas or the common ones like we have here?
So good to be back on the beach. Thanks so much Jaime. Rachelle, Australia 🐚 xo

Yes!!! Definitely come and visit! I can give you some tips on where to shell and what portion of the beach is best for the good stuff!
Great video!! Loving those sand dollars.
Cant wait to go next Saturday. Maybe see you there
Hi Susan!! 👋 Yes! Low tide Saturday (today) is early morning and around 4. Probably the best time to go! If you see me, flag me down! 😄
Wow, you changed you music and opening scenes! I like it. If you have a "sand"wich size (sorry - pun) Tupperware bring that in your backpack for sand dollars.
Yes! I thought I would mix things up a bit! Glad you like it too! 🥰 good idea with the "sand" which bags! Lolol. Love it!

Where was this at? It’s so pretty!!😊
This is Plum Island in Newbury Massachusetts ❤️ it's my happy place!
Why were the beaches closed? Sharks, weather, nesting birds?
Nesting plovers since April 1st. So good to be back in the sand!
Why were your beaches closed?
Nesting plovers, but they are all open now:)
