It’s giving 42nd Street meets the Rockettes. It didn’t feel like iconic Disney until they started to sing again as an ensemble at 3:17 which was beautiful, I just want more 😭

I honestly prefer Belle’s hair being in a pony tail until the title song and the finale. Any time before that, it just drives me crazy.
Yes! Like they did with Anna on the Frozen tour. I also have a hard time if they have Beast's horns pointing backwards instead of forwards. Just my little pet peeves. Haha! Glad Lumiere has single-candled hands.

It’s truly spectacular. I preferred the 1993 production but this is still super dazzling.

I am all in favor of a “Beauty and the Beast” revival, but this clip is awful. There is no set, the choreography of boring and outdated, and the costumes look cheap.
It has pretty much been confirmed it is or that it will tour. MTI announced the licensing rights will not be given out over the next few years.
@@ChienaAvtzon this production is a touring production. it will also be used in the north american tour but we don't know if it's stopping by broadway like the uk tour did stop by the west end.

I can't wait to see this new reimagined production in July of 2025 at Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre. I saw it first in the UK, then last June in Sydney, Australia. So exciting to see it finally come to the states!

I can’t forget about this show that I watched in November 2023 in Sydney for me and mom trip from Japan, I didn’t expect that how this show was spectacular and amazing!!!

It's a shame because there is nothing left of the magic of this number, which was a true showstopper. Originally this was real Disney Theatricals works, but now looks like any other production that did not have the budget or resources to make something spectacular.

Disney should just buy more theaters that way they can have Frozen, Little Mermaid, Newsies, Beauty and the Beast, Tarzan return with Lion King Aladdin continuing their run. Along with having a test run theater for any new productions like Hercules and Coco before having to give them their own theater as well.

This is NOT the big number we know and love, with the can-can and gorgeous set and costumes. Tickets are as expensive as the quality inexistant. Hire a new creative team!
This sequence does actually include many more dance numbers, especially a Can-Can one. The version in the show is over 10 minutes long, you only see the finale here. Probably best to actually see the full show or research it further before casting judgement 💀

My bad, I thought you were talking about the casting choices. Still, these dance arrangements (the 10 minute version, indeed) do not allign with the dark fairytale-esque cinematic soundscape of the show, the set is cheap, and so are the costumes. So I am most definitely not wrong.
@pablocapuchino7839 let's agree to disagree. I've actually seen this version of the show 5 times and each time I enjoyed the spectacle of the various costume changes, dance sequences and change in sets in just 10 minutes. It's easy to cast judgement when you don't know what happened behind the scenes and the undoutable limitations the creative team would have experienced. While the set may be simplistic, the talent on stage is what sells this number. The entire sequence is a spectacular performance regardless, and that's coming from someone who's seen over 150+ shows in the past two years.

They are not going to give all their secrets away for a four minute promotion on a crappy breakfast TV show. This number was absolutely ridiculously good on stage. Your loss if you don't believe it when you are told. But you ARE being told - on stage, it is utterly brilliant

This is in a tv studio, not in a fully fledged theatre, and it's only a small part of the whole number. This is just a taster, as it were.

This is cute and a beautiful tap number on its own (props to all the cast working their asses off there) but it’s also honestly quite boring and missing all the magic compared to the original musical version of this number.
this is literallt not even a quarter of the song shown. the australian production of be our guest goes on for like 10 minutes with dancing cutlery, beautiful set pieces, amazing choreography, then it changes into this tap section and climax which is something so spectacular, you'll think you are dreaming when watching it live. i am not kidding. i was in tears.
Great but I Prefer the original production, the costumes was more SPECTACULAR with all that ensemble as a kitchen objects, the wigs the baroque dresses

Not ended Act 1 on this number is a creative decision that should be changed. Having the show continue into another song feels awkward. Beasts song can open Act 2.
And this song, while not fully shown here, is too long. And where did all these humans in the castle come from? I wasn’t impressed to be honest by this number.
So with this show, the humans in this number come out with giant cutlery, and while this isn’t the best decision, it is also very magical and allows a different dynamic, but I agree with u on this being the end of act 1 instead of the beast
