I lived in Lakewood way back in 1990 before moving to Tacoma in 1992.I truly enjoyed living in Tacoma.I know so much has changed tremendously in the last 30 years.
Been in tacoma for 27 years and it has its beauty spots but the amount of trnsplants coming whixh i figured would happen at some point has really sky rocketed and property and rent has went up with it. But so much traffic now and parking is horrendous, use to only take a couple minutes to go across town. The homeless factor has got a little worse but the crime is getting bad again, not early 90s bad but close to it . All that being said I love Tacoma haha
I lived in Tacoma for 16 years and moved out two years ago. I have to say, Tacoma is one of the worst places to live in Washington State. There are a lot of horrible drivers out there, crimes being committed 24/7. In my old house, we had a couple of intruders stealing our stuff from the property, but luckily, we were armed and had licensed pistols. In our old neighborhood, a young couple was shot near their house and killed before we moved out, which was very sad. There are a lot of homeless people wandering around. The only good reason to live in Tacoma is if you're very poor and don't have much money; then this is a place to be. All I have to say is that I am happy that we moved out, and it's so peaceful and quiet finally. It's a place where our kids can go out, enjoy, and play with other kids in the community.
I was born and raised here and this place is Satan's property no joke. The city is ran by corrupt people that do some of the most insane shit you've ever seen. In talking civil rights infringement on steroids crack. Invasion of privacy, gangstalking, electronic harassment, sabotage, legalized assault . .yeah its real talk. I’ve lived here since 1968 most of my life I’m 65, we are leaving for port Ludlow, over by port Townsend. We are selling our tacoma home even though we love our home., a cute mid century. They are planning on building 50 single homes off of McKinley and pacific ave. It’s crazy over there and crowded don’t know where the people are going to go. And then they are going to 150 townhomes by blueberry park by McKinley ave. This city has changed so much since I was a child, the crime, drugs, graffiti, pot holes, drug houses that they let stay open. Don’t get me wrong tacoma is a beautiful city but we can’t take the traffic anymore and other reasons.
I currently live in hilltop and it's okay, covid was pretty bad with the drug situation on the streets with the homeless but things are seeming to clean up a bit... and I've lived here since 2007... well not Just in Hilltop I moved around a lot.. there's a few areas that I particularly liked better but they don't have reasonable access for my for kids, I personally like Spanaway, Roy, yelm.... places where there's more of a country / City Vibe, but like I said we stayed closer in the city like smack dab in the middle of the city of Tacoma because of our kids going to school which are almost grown.... my biggest thing is is I can't afford a house out here to buy but we rent for a reasonable price considering what we have... and honestly the traffic and construction areas are not that big of a deal as long as you know how to get around them and what parts of the day to drive on certain roads and not others... but overall they're seeming to fix up the roads a bit more as of the last year or so.... when I came out here it wasn't by choice I'm actually from Florida where I grew up as a teenager close to Orlando area, I ended up staying here after getting out of the military which is just down the road at Fort Lewis but my major reason for staying was the weather the fishing the camping people seem more laid back and chill if you're into the recreational marijuana thing that's pretty good out here as well... work wise there is plenty of that but I'm %100 disabled veteran which also helps because there's a lot of Medical in this area as well (pretty good medical)... if you're into food there's something for everyone to experience... anyway when our kids grow older we plan on moving slightly outside of Tacoma and buying a piece of land to put a modular home or something like that AKA buying some land cuz it's cheaper way to go... the only big concern in this area is if Mount Rainier ever went up it would take us all out with a lahar (mud flash flood), but with science the way it is now a days we would have enough indications before that happened.... anyways that's my two cents😎✌️
The difference between king country and pierce county for housing prices is night and day. Kingcounty has got absolutely ridiculous. I live in Kent, and housing is ridiculous. And the homeless population has sky rocketed. I love it here, but I'm ready to leave.
I've been here for over 50 years. It has changed ALOT! *The weather has always been rainy, gloomy (but in my child mind, the summers were longer and hotter 🤔) so nothing new there. Approximately October- May give or take a couple of weeks before/after. *The traffic has gotten ridiculously heavy and frustrating, especially with so MANY terrible [non] drivers. *The roads are tragic! Be prepared to buy/repair your tires or front end from pothole damage. * The cost of living has gone through the roof! Its insane, especially in "New Tacoma"(which literally used to be a part of the "hilltop" neighborhood) where they have tried to turn it into a Metropolitan area by throwing up a bunch of high rises, restaurants, bars, UW-T college, shops.... However, they forgot to clean up the major homelessness & high crime that has always been in the area(tho the homelessness is MUCH worse then I have ever seen), but are asking astronomical rent/buyer prices. Speaking on the homelessness, in fact it is so bad it has spilled over into ALL the neighborhoods of Tacoma. Its just more densly populated in the downtown, "new tacoma," hilltop area. Some eastside, Tacoma Mall areas... However, in the last year they have been making attempts to clean it up and are starting to make regular sweeps *Then there is a serious lack of community. When I was growing up most families looked out for each other, especially the children, no matter the race! But in all fairness this is more of a problem in general rather than a Tacoma problem. *Schools here range from so-so to no-no In the right neighborhood/setting, Tacoma is beautiful, quiet, well kept. People are friendly and helpful. There are enough things to do indoors and outdoors for families, adults only and children only too. For the most part pay is pretty good(obviously depending on different factors) ..... With that said, it is always good to try it for yourself, for your own unique experience! 😊
When it comes to traffic. By the time they figure out there's a problem. Study the problem. Design what they think is a solution. By the time they build it, its already obsolete
I have lived in the Tacoma area for my whole life (41 years). Tacoma has changed a lot, and none of it for the better. Really wish people would just stop moving here.
I'm only 31 dude but I remember the 90s and I fucking hate all the people moving here. My 1st apartment was on like 4th and tacoma for $550 including utilities- the same flops are like 1500k for like a studio apartment. .
@@nicholashoheisel7837 Yeah and all the roads have 10x the traffic but most of them are still the same size as when I was a kid. Some of them added a single lane, usually a carpool lane, traffic is absolute dogshit and I drive for a living. Tacoma has always been a shithole but places like Puyallup and Fife were nice little towns now there's tweakers everywhere.
Kuwait's 122°F humidity @ 60% with 5mph wind in August by 3pm... Chicago's -3°F humidity @ 72% snowing with 35mph wind in January by 5:30AM I got this... Lol
I've lived here 27 years and can say that the climate has dramatically changed during the summer. Avg temps rising and stay longer. The winters are still mild and compared to the east coast, easy to deal.
The weather sounds like Amsterdam in the Netherlands where I am now. I guess when I move to Tacoma it will be cake walk, weather wise😂 We have dark days here from November to early April. And lots of rain, cloudy, and gray days in Amsterdam😢. How is public transport in Tacoma? Thanks for this video.
Let me know when you’re ready! We help people move to the Seattle area from out of the country! It’s good to start the process early because so much goes into it. Public transportation is great in Tacoma, honestly overall in the entire Seattle area but it’s still a good idea to grab a car short of living in downtown and wanting to stay in downtown
As far as weather goes over 90 degrees happens from time to time it’s not global warming it’s pretty natural for here from time to time which doesn’t last very long being here most of my life.
I just moved @ living in tacoma for 2 years, 4 times my Truck was vandalized, 1x attempted car jack ! I witnessed a Murder on the sidewalk 1st & tacoma ave. 95 shots !
We t there in 2005 w an ex. Everyone there ended up being horrible into crime. So much crime, every single dude was abusive, MAD tweakers... Was there October to April 2006. It was a BEAUTIFUL place tho. Never saw that color green before and I'm from Vermont. I would love to visit one day and create good memories to go with the beautiful nature.
I live in Tacoma and frankly it's in the process of improvement. Roads suck in a lot of places that's true. We have a rainy environment for a good part of the year which doesn't do good things on roads. As for crime , yes there is crime just like every other large city but it is not teaming with it. This small town Midwest guy just needs to move back to wherever he came from and take all the other transplants with him. As a Washingtonian I don't appreciate someone who doesn't know the history or have a clue about city life it seems slamming a place that he didn't like. All I can say is move to Florida if you want sun all year round!
Exactly! All the crazy people are in Florida, talk about a hell hole. Ohio transplant here and I love it. 7 years and loving it. Never going back ever!! It is amazing here.
Did you mention the crackheads and fentanyl-ians and all the crime in the hood around St. Joe's, and other hoods? That's what I'd hate about living in Tacoma.

they don’t know what crime is lol. i’m from the east bay. and i hate it here😭most of the people are strange and the weather sucks. it’s basically a mountain town lol
Seriously? The time to leave Tacoma was 1975. As a kid, I remembered trying to hold my breath, avoiding the “Aroma of Tacoma" , riding in the backseat, on our occasional trips to SEA. Then, the Ash Street Firefight in 1989 was the climax. There realy isn’t any good reason to live in or next to Tacoma.
They say number three place to live hu. I am from Tacoma, I can tell you the crim is rampid, homeles are out of control. Thifet is everywhere and the traffic like he said is god awful. I live in the Proctor district for years. i hate the farmer market people. Cause they are rude park and block half of the driveays around here thinking it is okay. My neighbors and I have had words when they are blocking our driveways and parts of the ally. They bring their dogs and leave their dogs shit on our front laws. I have got into it with these people on that too. There are three apartments complexs that was built. They are flooding the area that used to be charming and have made it actually worse to live in. Now the Methodist church in the area wants to buld up and bring in section 8 housing to the area. I used to kove section 8 and built myself up and worked to love in a area like this. Now it is going to straight shit.
Tacoma absolutely sucks! I've lived here my whole life. I cannot believe that it's on any list of best places to live. Homelessness, crime, the most corrupt police department in the state. Rents are too high, home prices are astronomical, especially for what you get and the neighborhoods you get stuck in. It's way too crowded and full of poverty ridden neighborhoods. Don't go to local events because they're always ruined by thuggish and entitled locals who have no respect for anybody. We don't have enough grocery stores so a trip to buy dinner takes 3 times longer than it should and the general passive aggressiveness of the Pacific Northwest is terrible!
Tacoma was always scummy. Moved there '89 for the Air Force. Some sad things happened during my time there that was on the news. And lest we forget, it's Ted Bundys home town baby. Moved to Seattle and never returned.
Stay as far away from that dump!! We call it the tacoma aroma! smells, rats homeless, car got broken into 22 times in 6 years there, just trash and the traffic allways traffic the worst kind of traffic
Moved to Tacoma late -19, so managed to get house bound by Covid almost instantly and hence never been able to get to know people or 'the community'... The two things people mention and driving them away is definitely #1 The increade crime! Here is shootings daily! If you have anything visible in your car, independent if its at a grocery store or outside your home, it will get broken into. #2 the cost of living.
So how long have you lived here? I have lived here almost all my life. I have lived here almost 64 years. It’s not what it used to be. Like you said. I have to say I can’t wait to leave. I’m working on it. You forgot to mention all the theft! My car? Stolen three times. My bike? Stolen. You can’t leave anything out in your yard. Your car has to be totally empty! And please get an AirTag or some kind of tracker. I dismantle mine now as well. Housing cost is insane. It’s a beautiful City - but you have to take protection to go for a walk. And don’t go alone or after dark. Garbage is everywhere. Construction? Yea road construction but I had construction on my house and they destroyed my home. But no one will honor warranties, no building permits, didn’t know what they were doing. It’s a mess. On and on. Oh yeah. And this was a loan through our City. This is why I am leaving. I do not feel safe and you are on your own.
Please...Everyone...Leave western WA! It is a terrible place to live. It's just miserable, and too expensive. You all leave, and I'll stay...Living 20 minutes from Tacoma and love it here. Goodbye.
Thanks for the excellent video. I am from Tacoma but now live in Birmingham, Alabama. I wanted to talk a little about what I've learned from living in Birmingham. I think it gives some lessons for Tacoma or comparisons. You mention that traffic is getting worse and it's too hard to build more roads. Birmingham has better traffic and there is a new freeway under contruction north of town. It's just an awful thing for the region. What it will mostly do is promote the building of more suburbs. It will make a lot of money for road and real estate developers but do no one else any good. A big advantage Tacoma has is a better public transit system. Here in Birmingham we have a really poor one. Buses only run every 60 to 90 minutes and stop about 7 pm. Low income people try to buy cars because that's the only way they can reliably get to work. Tacoma should concentrate on being a more transit-oriented city and give up building more roads. The last thing I wanted to mention is real estate values. You mentioned that Tacoma is getting too expensive for people. In a way that's a nice problem to have. Some parts of Birmingham are considered so undesirable that you could not give away property for free. We have a history of racial conflict, and areas that are mainly black in population are often really depressed. To give you an example, an entire apartment complex in one of those areas was offered for $10,000 a few years ago. In a more prosperous part of town an apartment complex was offered for $1.6 million.
Man! Thank you soooo much for being authentic and taking the time to write all this out. It was a wonderful read. Sorry it took me a second to get back go you
@@jaxong.2701 yes a place like Tacoma might not be best for someone who doesn't make a lot of money. It's better than Seattle, though. Birmingham might be better. I understand Topeka, Kansas will pay you to move there to work. Oh, I heard Spokane is affordable.
Really, it’s not to bad. The bulk of what stinks for me anyway is the thanksgiving- Christmas it’s just dark SO early, after that the sun stays out longer. Yesterday was also 60 degrees
Bro i have lived here 21 years and its depressing, applying to grad school for this upcoming fall. Washington is 46 out of 50 for worst roads in 2022, probably worst for 2023. This place is trash.
9:23 I think you need to look up your history a little more I've lived here my entire life back in the 90s it would get hot a lot hotter than it has been lately I don't know I find it a little weird lol
Its way easier to live and work in the same area. I have people moving in here from out of state all the time and they are cool driving an hour plus each way. Its wild. Like thats 4 hours out of your day in the car. No way.
Tacoma is called Tacompton for good reason. There is so much crime. I feel like this guy is high or something . I've lived in Washington for 45 years . I've had 2 friends murdered in Tacoma. So...
We have too many leftist and nazi lover from Cali coming here that's 1 problem. Next is all the pushed indoctrination. And lastly no police presence or ability to do there job
It’s hard, the Democrats have literally destroyed this beautiful city that I’m leaving in for Port Ludlow. It makes me sad but we can’t fight them so we are leaving!
@@loriwhinery3210 that's the truth with the invasion of indoctrinated and damn californians this state gets worse and becomes more of a sht hole every election. My family has been here since 1909 and I'd love to break the cycle if being controlled by these nazi lovers
I have lived in Puyallup which is next to Tacoma since I was 5 years old, I am now 63. Puyallup was a small rural town at that time with the puallup fair being the only attraction. It has had a massive influx of people over the past few years With no roads to accommodate at all. Lakewood, Parkland, Spanaway, our neighboring cities along with Tacoma have become more and more crime riddled which Tacoma has been trying to improve. North Tacoma is the only nice part of Tacoma, try to buy a house there, ridiculously priced with most of the new constuction on an old mining area, toxic, one would assume. The Democrats over decades of running this State have made Seattle is a shit hole, Olympia it's runner up and Tacoma third place and remember only North Tacoma is nice. With Jay inslee's sancuary cities, homeless drug encampments, laws to hide underage children from their parents if they dont agree on sex change, LGBTQ History and sexual grooming in grade schools, Trying to Free the most dangerous sex offenders from McNeil Island into grant grifting boarding houses in rural neighborhoods in Tenino etc.. Not to mention the Natural gas and propane ban law that was put into place along with the hidden gas tax and by 2030 all vehicles in Washington will be electric, along with so many other laws passed behind closed doors that the main stream media does not report on. God help us, the inmates are running the asylum
You're talking plain gibberish. It's wonderful here! Stop listening to Trump and the conspiracy theorists! This is the most amazing, progressive, open minded place on the planet. That is a good thing! I moved from the horribly regressive, closed minded mid west 7 years ago and will never go back! It's like living a dream out here, and the weather is fabulous! Summers are the best and they are long, comfortable and rain free. Best thing is NO TORNADOS!!!
@@livingintacomawashington I’m definitely planning on making the move to the greater Seattle area. For the affordability I’m thinking Tacoma. My mom lives there. My family in Bonney lake tell me not to move to Tacoma at all costs…
@@nickcrill7718 I get that, I actually live in Tehaleh outside of Bonney Lake. It’s beautiful and quiet. BUT nothing to do. We help people move all over the Seattle area. Tacoma was rough back in the day but it’s pretty tame now compared to even the town I came from in MO you have to remember Tacoma was a gang ran city for a long time. People don’t adjust easily. Family means well. Here is what I know, Every client I relocate from UA-cam has an “idea” of where they want to live and basically all of them end up buying somewhere else. Really until your here and your mission is to find the community to live it it’s not as serious. Once you’re focused we will figure it out quickly
Don't do it. Tacoma is experiencing growing, drug problems, crime, and homelessness is going crazy. All leading to higher costs of living. We have some of the highest taxes in the nation, and about 8 months ago we had the highest gas l, even higher than CA. Of you are an extreme progressive, and this is your cup of tea, welcome. I'm a moderate indep and looking to leave.
@susancollier1457 if facts matter, where are yours? No income tax (yet), but according to the national tax foundation, we are 3rd highest in sales and gas tax. And for those who want a cocktail once in a while, we are highest by a large margin. And our legislators are pushing for more to subsidize the growing problems they invited to the state.
Move to Tacoma. Sit in traffic. Let "GRIDER" graffiti all your shit. Go watch some crackheads by the dome. Give Jay Inslee all your money. Sit in more traffic. Get out of traffic then drive atleast an hour and a half. Then live wherever you are at this point.
I've been here almost 50 years and nothing has changed. Same issues different decade. The city doesn't want to fix the problems because it generates income they are using for God knows what...😢

Tacoma is growing just avoid the southside and the eastside if you can get a place on the waterfront
Seattle and Tacoma are dumps
Stay out then. We don't want you here
The difference between king country and pierce county for housing prices is night and day.
However, in the last year they have been making attempts to clean it up and are starting to make regular sweeps
*Then there is a serious lack of community. When I was growing up most families looked out for each other, especially the children, no matter the race!
But in all fairness this is more of a problem in general rather than a Tacoma problem.
*Schools here range from so-so to no-no
In the right neighborhood/setting, Tacoma is beautiful, quiet, well kept. People are friendly and helpful. There are enough things to do indoors and outdoors for families, adults only and children only too.
For the most part pay is pretty good(obviously depending on different factors)
.....
It's like that everywhere in Washington!! I have been here my whole life as well 48 years.I live on the eastside
@@mo1122585too bad east coast is coming here, I'm a transplant. Rising waters are flooding our cities in the east
Kuwait's 122°F humidity @ 60% with 5mph wind in August by 3pm...
Chicago's -3°F humidity @ 72% snowing with 35mph wind in January by 5:30AM
I got this... Lol
Never been to Kuwait but I’m a Midwest kid so I get that Chi winter

50 years east side Tacoma!!!!
I just moved @ living in tacoma for 2 years, 4 times my Truck was vandalized, 1x attempted car jack ! I witnessed a Murder on the sidewalk 1st & tacoma ave. 95 shots !
Welcome to Tacoma
We down in Olympia consider Tacoma a no go zone.
facts i refuse to go past lacey
🙏Dear God, Please don't let me die here🙏
46 years living in Hilltop Tacoma.23rd and Sheridan. The epicenter of it all.Wouldnt have changed a bit.1967-2013
Tacoma can't be one of the fastest growing cities if people are leaving this shit hole.
Where did you get that Mariners hat? I searched everywhere on the internet, and I can only find similar ones…
I love my little corner of East Tacoma! 😂
Lol it's actually rains more in Florida
That’s in every major city by the hundreds
It’s truly sad

Tacoma is fine, try San Jose California to see real crimes 😂😂😂😂
they don’t know what crime is lol. i’m from the east bay. and i hate it here😭most of the people are strange and the weather sucks. it’s basically a mountain town lol
Im a bit confused...you say people are pouring in but you also say people are leaving en masse...?
Yep. It’s about a 1 to 1 ratio. A lot of turnover out but a lot transplants in.
I have a home on Fox Island and one in Orange County CA. Your idea of traffic and construction is cute. Try LA for a month.
He's talking about washington state not some commiefornia cesspool
Exactly, this guy needs to see California to get real scared 😂
Tacoma was always scummy. Moved there '89 for the Air Force. Some sad things happened during my time there that was on the news. And lest we forget, it's Ted Bundys home town baby. Moved to Seattle and never returned.
Everything you listed is why I'm leaving Denver for Tacoma, Denver is worse with all of that in every aspect
When are you headed this way?
@livingintacomawashington maybe in a year or so, looking to rent though, not buy just yet!
Dude I lived in Denver and Aurora. Tacoma makes them look like paradise.
Olympia was is the best area now. Has everything and low crime with it being more affordable.
We are full sorry
I ran 6 years ago from that shit hole!
Wtf? Hotter than when? We have had hot summers since i can remember 35 years ago
Stay as far away from that dump!! We call it the tacoma aroma! smells, rats homeless, car got broken into 22 times in 6 years there, just trash and the traffic allways traffic the worst kind of traffic
that super loud sound at 10:33 almost gave me a heart attack 🤣
That cash register goes hard lol. Its even mixed in. Honestly I jumped
same!
It used to be decent but now we have too many indoctrinated and californians destroying western washington
Housebound? Are you still quarantining? 😶🌫️
"Why everyone is leaving Tacoma"
Also Tacoma: Population of 217,872 in 2023, 225,100 people as of only april of this year 💀
Seattlites: Who the F' is moving to Tacoma? LOL
Wow. That's crazy. I heard that Seattle was bad, so was looking at Tacoma Washington..
Here's another question... When did Tacoma change from the city of destiny to Grit city? Is this a bad South Park episode of shitipatown?
Your right it has changed 😢😢😢😢
You didnt say homeless and crime. It gotten worse
Tacoma/Seattle is a hole….. says this 59 year old Washington Resident. If I never went West of the Cascades again, it would be too soon.
Nothing compared to Oregon of California
Please...Everyone...Leave western WA! It is a terrible place to live. It's just miserable, and too expensive. You all leave, and I'll stay...Living 20 minutes from Tacoma and love it here. Goodbye.
Fellow Washingtonian here
Thanks for the excellent video.
Sorry it took me a second to get back go you
@@livingintacomawashington no problem! Thanks for reading.
Everywhere in USA is getting too pricey. Which sucks. USA is deleting middle class and making it rich and poor. Not much time to go. Be safe
@@jaxong.2701 yes a place like Tacoma might not be best for someone who doesn't make a lot of money. It's better than Seattle, though. Birmingham might be better. I understand Topeka, Kansas will pay you to move there to work. Oh, I heard Spokane is affordable.
Californians need to STOP MOVING HERE! Same with all the Seattle tech bro "rent refugees" driving up all the rent.
Is Salmon cheap here?
Looks like the weed is pretty good
Gee...i wonder if there is a connection to the heat and all that driving, huh?
Progressive is the reason
Skookumchuck river looks sus
I see Freddy Krueger is looming over Tacoma behind you. Never a good thing.
Like anything else as soon as community takeovers take place it bring its own BS.
How long is the gray winter?
Really, it’s not to bad. The bulk of what stinks for me anyway is the thanksgiving- Christmas it’s just dark SO early, after that the sun stays out longer. Yesterday was also 60 degrees
@@livingintacomawashington how many days is it gloomy each year?
Bro i have lived here 21 years and its depressing, applying to grad school for this upcoming fall. Washington is 46 out of 50 for worst roads in 2022, probably worst for 2023. This place is trash.
Oct-may
FOREVER!!!!!! I HATE THE WEATHER HERE. Massive depression from it. Lack of Vitamin D.
Safer, are you kidding me!
Vote for Semi Bird.
I want out. Take me with you ..PLEASE.
WELCOME TO THE SANCTUARY STATE!
9:23 I think you need to look up your history a little more I've lived here my entire life back in the 90s it would get hot a lot hotter than it has been lately I don't know I find it a little weird lol
Its a great city to live in.
Too liberal and crime is outrageous.
Ahhh! The aroma of Tacoma.😂
If you live in Tacoma, but work outside of Tacoma, the commute is really your decision. If you are going to be a native, do native shit.
Its way easier to live and work in the same area. I have people moving in here from out of state all the time and they are cool driving an hour plus each way. Its wild. Like thats 4 hours out of your day in the car. No way.
I live 20 min from tacoma. It's not a place you want to move to. Democrats have been in charge for some time, so you can imagine what it's like.
Tacoma is called Tacompton for good reason. There is so much crime. I feel like this guy is high or something . I've lived in Washington for 45 years . I've had 2 friends murdered in Tacoma. So...
Tacompton 😆
This is a joke ! We still made it after you put us in a Rez ? An it wasn't worse than ? Lemme tell ya a story ? IBGBUDHEMITW BD
I have a question what about Racism does the only concern that I used to live in Bellingham. And it's not as easy as this
Feel free to shoot me a text or a call. Be happy to chat.
Contrary to belief racism is bad here its just well hidden or more said in tones or semi condescending manners that most folks do not catch
how can you live in the state of washington in JOE BIDENS AMERICA!!!!???????
Crime, crime, crime, crime, murders, shootings, robberies, gangs, most violent city on the west coast
TaCompton😂
Just vote conservative...
Your life will improve and less crime.
Taxes
Some of the lowest in the country! Facts matter dude!
I’m trying to move here so idk if I’ll like this video 😂
We are full
lol, well my job is relocating people here but I always want to be honest and up front that there are downsides
Here is what I know,
Every client I relocate from UA-cam has an “idea” of where they want to live and basically all of them end up buying somewhere else.
Taxes here are some of the lowest in the country! Facts matter dude!
How long have you lived here? You talk like an outsider... hmmm
LOL folks this all you need to know about this city.
That's the truth
I've been here almost 50 years and nothing has changed. Same issues different decade. The city doesn't want to fix the problems because it generates income they are using for God knows what...😢
