Yeah, these people playing Branded only stole the deck idea from someone else, and stagnate with no real experience with it. It's why I don't listen to MBT
1:27 I think that it was better to send Saronir or Shrouded dragon with Granguignol to send Branded retribution, and then send Branded Fusion with Quem. Then add Branded Fusion with Retribution and make the Albion--->Lubellion-->Mirrorjade combo without banishing Granguignol, also with a Branded lost and a set Branded in Red. Also, a Branded Fusion in GY that could be setted with Tragedy the next turn.
I don't get why in G1 Mirrorjade didn't mill 2 Albaz Dragons for follow-up, even if the first would be a pointless activation against Chaos Angel but the 2nd could have easily been Guardian so that if VV didn't commit into Ty-phon they would get Lo/Trap but at the very least everything would be wiped in the end phase anyway and with BraFu + Cartesia + another float + the draw there was no way they lose this game, especially since Sauravis is terrible against Fusions (because they start a chain)
Funny how just by playing dragostapelia (you have A LOT of ed space), since you re playing spoly, could help you againts branded since its a bad match up, kinda a game winner in those spots
Ye plays better into nib and ash, even though ash at that point was very unlikely due to how bad they wanted to stop aluber. I would've probably gone for brafu there, but it makes sense to play it safely. The game was lost on that mirrorjade not providing followup
I'm 100% sure if you veiler + imperm the aluber aluber should have still resolved. If I use aluber, you veiler, I moon my own aluber, and then you imperm the aluber after I moon, aluber still resolves in this situation on YGOOmega as the aluber needs to be face up on the field upon resolving his effect to be negated.
Nah. The case of book of moon is the card losing all properties since it is flipped face down. This is why you could chain another veiler or imperm to a book of moon after already chaining one them to the monster effect, and the effect will still resolve. Monsters resolve where they are activated. Even if the monster leaves the field it will still resolve without effect if it was successfully negated before leaving the field This is much different when removing the monster from the field before an effect that targets, for example
You cannot activate a Bystial if they don't control a monster. But let's assume they do. Yes, Diviner cannot be activated in this case because it's no longer in its trigger location where it would have activated in the new chain but due changing locations before triggering, it cannot trigger.
Game 3 because he has the trap in hand he doesn't really need to worry about a bystial. He just shuffles back summons lo from deck since sauravis is kind of useless here.
Technically luca couldve shark on g2 when branded fusion he dump lubellion because....he commited to dropping it if he wanted to avoid that just think before dumping what's the point of playing fast if you are gonna do it wrong...
@@TheDBGrinder17:20 for example after beating over the negate, he could bait the other negate with furious effect on self and then go for retribution into brafu
Probably trying to play around ash, but I agree. Opp has 3 cards in hand, at that point you should just commit to the greedy line. Plus if he has ash he just ashes albion anyway
Nahhh, YOU HAVE TO COMMIT TO THE CHLAMYDIA
if branded activated mirrorjade once on literally anything before sky crisis came down then the game was over

nightfall was salty as fuck.
I mean p sure youd be too if you stared down double judgment and went like "Ope. Well-"
That Night Fal guy is really pathetic
Why?
what did he do
Cry
He played like shit, even with hand traps featuring voiceless voice.
Game 1, did Night fall forget that Mirrorjade can still use banish effect? Could have dumped an Albion and a Titaniklad to get follow up.
Please stop saying my name wrong ahhahahahahhaha ❤️
At least you got upgraded from chlamydia lol
At least he didn't pronounce it as "Chlamydia" this time lmao!
No shot he call it that
no
He did
Calling despian quaretis “coatl” had me in tears

Yeah, my brain farted when I saw how bad he played it. He wasted granguignol and red to just make a mirrorjade, when he had access to branded fusion.
I don't get why in G1 Mirrorjade didn't mill 2 Albaz Dragons for follow-up, even if the first would be a pointless activation against Chaos Angel but the 2nd could have easily been Guardian so that if VV didn't commit into Ty-phon they would get Lo/Trap but at the very least everything would be wiped in the end phase anyway and with BraFu + Cartesia + another float + the draw there was no way they lose this game, especially since Sauravis is terrible against Fusions (because they start a chain)

game 1 why did night fall not use grang and ns quem to get retribution and branded fusion to grave? isnt that simply better
Maybe he avoid nib

So it's specifically a property of turning the monster face-down?
@@chewdoom8415
book is different since it gets set , like if you have a monster negated and you use it’s effect CL1 and book CL2 it’ll resolve since it’s set
How can he activate mirror Jade under imperm?
You caught it. 😂
game 2: skull player activated imperm then used pot, deviner, prayers, skull guard, and super poly in the same zone/column lol
it wasnt set so it doesnt stop those
@@TheDBGrinder your right lol 😂 dang yugioh players not reading the cards
He has a nice field, it would be a shame if i had 9 super poly's in my deck.
Game 3 nightfall needed to use retro after the judgement and retry branded fusion.
they used retro to get fusion to hand
17:20 he couldnt have attacked odd-eyes he had to attack skull guardian due to the continuous spell
it happens to also be a ritual monster so they can attack it
Game 2: How is he able to tribute diviner for the summon of Skull Guardian? Is there an effect im missing?
it gains level from its effect
I'm just curious why nightfall didn't go for the branded fusion again... Hmm
Desires in branded is crazy. Let me banish all of my 12 one ofs
there’s really not many one 1s , people are cutting all the fluff in the deck
they actually played more fluff then most people
First game branded player has tragedy in grave to add red and red to add aluber. Aluber. Then he can proceed to play/otk. So why admit defeat?
Tragedy sets, and red is a quick play spell
@@simonedeangelis655 doesn’t stop him from activating red
Game 1 Branded has so much gas and scooped? 🤦🏿♂️
if you bystial diviner on activation of trias, does diviner special from the deck?
You cannot activate a Bystial if they don't control a monster. But let's assume they do. Yes, Diviner cannot be activated in this case because it's no longer in its trigger location where it would have activated in the new chain but due changing locations before triggering, it cannot trigger.
it would not, since the diviner moved locations, its not recognized as the tributed copy of diviner.
just checking. so it's identical to the benten situation. thx@@firatd.monkey7330
Game 3 because he has the trap in hand he doesn't really need to worry about a bystial. He just shuffles back summons lo from deck since sauravis is kind of useless here.
Sounded better than chlamydia
57 seconds in and I’m out worst use of hand traps.
What happened to Luca Chlamydia 😭
Wait, he didn't have Garura in his ED at the end for Super Poly? Pathetic.
Technically luca couldve shark on g2 when branded fusion he dump lubellion because....he commited to dropping it if he wanted to avoid that just think before dumping what's the point of playing fast if you are gonna do it wrong...
Game 3 why branded did not go for the second activation of B Fusion?
timestamp ?
@@TheDBGrinder17:20 for example after beating over the negate, he could bait the other negate with furious effect on self and then go for retribution into brafu
16:22@@TheDBGrinder he was with the trap in the grave, was just a question of baiting the second negate
Game 3 odd eyes couldnt be beaten over because of barrier
it is also a ritual monster
@TheDBGrinder fair enough. Still learning the deck 😤
TCG Luca Calamatia < TCG Luca Chlymidia
I liked it more when it was pronounced “chlamydia.”
Judgment go brrrrrr
Game one branded had no reason to loose
Also aluber should have resolved since cartesia fuses with aluber before aluber's effect resolves, he had to imperm the cartesia.
