R9, yes. But not Gerd Muller. Henry was the complete striker, a once in a generation player. R9 is obviously the GOAT, no one will ever be like him or come close to his ability in his prime.
I think the question is would you rather have prime Henry or prime R9? That's a very tough question to answer and I honestly don't know who I would pick.
I'm still relatively new to this sport, but I know Henry is a legend. however, how this man explains the game makes him one of my favorites. I love how he explains how switching positions helped him understand the relationship between winger and striker.
omar serag eldin that's because it's something he's experienced. that's the reason why when he talks about pep it all seems genuine and we all realise that he knows more than us. he's not suited to analysing games where he points out the obvious and has to comment on positions and attacks that he's never been involved in.
wh7 his experience playing in the top leagues Ligue 1, serie A, epl, la liga. Winning a World Cup and Euro, he's experienced many different systems and styles of plays. True sometimes he points out the obvious but he defiantly knows more than a lot of coaches and he knows what it takes to win. I think he'd be brilliant as a coach. He reminds me of Zidane, french, barca/madrid and look how well Zidane is doing as a coach.
omar serag eldin zidane's getting the best out his players, but i don't think he's world class. think he would be found out at anywhere other than Madrid
Another thing one has to add is that, ones body must allow him to execute what his mind has ordained. His blistering speed robust physique helped him maximise his talent
My father and mother are not together anymore but I remember being young you was my dad favourite player he had pictures signed pics of you on his wall. I didn’t see the invincible but I When I was six years old I watched you play barcelona and fell in love with Arsenal football club. Thank you Thierry Henry you will always be remembered
Thierry Henry and Ronaldinho are by far my favorite living football legends, they are the reason I fell in love with football in the first place, they are part of my childhood... Henry should have won at least one or two ballon d'or in the 2003 and 2004 seasons, he was so unique and underrated back then, he was almost unstoppable and genuinely a very good all-rounder authentic player. ☯️✌️
I grow up with him. I play football because him. I tried to be him in my youth from 10 till 20 or today when Im playing just for fun. Henry is the King !!!
The guy is almost a polyglot, his oratory is SO good he knows what is saying without effort and makes it look easy, but it took him years of trainning and studying the game
Is there a cooler man on this planet?! 👊
Football Daily Zac aka Zee Money 💰?
pirlo
Hero.
Wish he wasn't so humble. The guy is the greatest striker of all time, he has a right to express it.
R9, yes. But not Gerd Muller. Henry was the complete striker, a once in a generation player. R9 is obviously the GOAT, no one will ever be like him or come close to his ability in his prime.

Henry confirmed he had surpassed R9 when he handed him off in the face before dribbling through the whole team and banging it in at the Bernabru.
"Come close to his ability in his prime", right..............
Yeah quite literally I'm afraid.
Grown up with this man in my life so much I just want to call him 'Dad' Come Orrrrn Thierry.
CheekySport even though I'm a Man united fan Henry was a great striker

Bryan Travis He is Arsenal through and through. He will be a Manager one day no doubt.
I'm still relatively new to this sport, but I know Henry is a legend. however, how this man explains the game makes him one of my favorites. I love how he explains how switching positions helped him understand the relationship between winger and striker.
The King
The man was robbed of a Ballon d'or or 2, that's coming from a United fan.
Trapstar B wasn’t really robbed when you going against the 🐐 of football i Ronaldinho
@@JoseGonzalez-hp2to he was robbed by Shevchenko and nedved two average at best players especially nedved.
@@Flinstone_Edible you're stupid if you think that nedved is average
AG22 oh please
@@hueyfreeman1983 idiot .. Henry changed the full culture of play and he's the best forward premier League ever had
this is the sort of stuff he should be doing on sky sports, not analysing a tactical battle with carragher
wh7 have to admit though, Henry's analysis of Peps brilliance on sky was brilliant. The three P's. Play, Position, Possession.

One of the greatest strikers to ever play the game...pure class!!!
Martial on UA-cam studying this video
Henry speaks better English than most English people
Another thing one has to add is that, ones body must allow him to execute what his mind has ordained. His blistering speed robust physique helped him maximise his talent

Thierry Henry & Ronaldo ( Brazilian) the two best centre forwards since I started watching football in 1998.

The guy is almost a polyglot, his oratory is SO good he knows what is saying without effort and makes it look easy, but it took him years of trainning and studying the game
