- This is a short video of micro diaphragm pump device 3210YD-12-100W. In this video, we adopted two power supplies: Power supply A is a powerful enough 12VDC power supply, while Power supply B is a 12VDC power supply which is not powerful enough to power the pump.
Note that rated power consumption of this pump model is 100W; so if users want to power the pump with a AC/DC power adapter, the requirement of output capacity of power adapter should be 12V, at least 8A. If less, it could be not powerful enough.
If we use Power supply B to power the pump, we will feel that motor of pump starts & stop repeatedly and cannot normally work. This is because that power supply cannot provide enough power to this pump.
Instead, if pump is powered by Power supply B, we can see that pump works normally, in continuous rotating status. At this moment, pump can normally pump water.
In fact, it's also recommended that users can change to use a 12V DC battery to power the pump, when pump cannot normally work under power adapter, to verify whether it's issue of weakness of the power adapter, or it's issue of pump itself.
How did the video show the working? It would have been clear if an inlet supply of water is given and then the output checked.

My friend, with all due respect, please do not use word like 'hell'. This is my recommendation.
Regarding this short video, it was just recorded for a previous user, who used a less-powerful AC/DC power adapter to power this pump, so it cannot run normally. Just for this purpose.
As to its real spraying performance, currently I temporarily don't have demo video to share, at this moment. Yet, some descriptions on the notes of video may show some info that is useful. For sure, I also suppose that it's a bit pity that video does't show the performance of pump. I agree with this point.
How loud is this type of a pump?
The noise of this type of pump is deemed as loud, since it runs on brushed motor. I didn't measure the exact dB.
Yes there is a positive and negative cable, but there is a third cable at the top if you have Watts or Emails
How much ampere from the power supply unit supplied to the water pump?
Probably about 8A
has anyone tested the actual psi and amp draw of this unit using a 12volt battery source?
what's the output of adapter should have? 12volt output & how much Amp is need for this pump.
12VDC, 9A or 10A should be OK.
Lily Yan are those for laptops adapter?
I think that laptop adapter is not suitable to power this pump. As far as I know, it should be with output capacity of appr. 19VDC.
Instead, matching power adapter for this pump is recommended to be with output capacity of 12VDC, 9A (more or less)

@@lilyyan5645 Hello, i want to ask this propump can used with 80watt adaptor? Because i have this product and i use 80watt adaptor. When i use continuesly that's make the cable going very hot and burning the switch controller, but i use with spare time thats not make hot. Sorry bad english.
I have the same pump. There are two wires for the battery and one wire that I did not know
If your pump is the same, there only exist two cables: Positive and Negative. No 3rd cable exists.

By the way, it's my sincere recommendation that you'd better directly contact the seller who provided you the pump; after all, it's the pump of his/hers and he/she must know more in detail on the pump in your hands.

Yes, you are correct, noisy is deemed as one typical working characteristics of a diaphragm pump product.
Instead, brushless DC pump products will work with low noise, yet, they cannot be self-priming.
