these are not for high water flow, rather for high pressure , for RO systems or high pressure mist systems i used one for misting my plants in summer

Hi Juner, stumbled upon your comment and dont know if you found a solution for your problem.
However the simplest solution is to get a power converter/power supply from AC (230V for the EU power grid or 120V vor America) to DC 12V.
For this pump you shold take one that can deliver 3 amps constant output.
Often these type of power supplys are used for LED strips as they often run on 12v DC power.
You can find these on amazon or ebay for a couple of bucks.
Hope this helps you ore any other one with this problem :)
